Please note we do not allow guests in the tent to check in after dark; giving a good orientation to the property in the dark is very difficult. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule! At the edge of a wildflower meadow with mountain views, this beautifully furnished glamping tent has a king-size water bed, sofa and private deck. Each tent has a kitchenette in the Lodge. There is a lovely Bath House. Enjoy wood-fired pizza (most but not all nights in the summer) and our wood hot tub ($25 for a private experience). 40 acres of meadows, woods, pond, streams and trails. Come stay with us in this private cabin with beautiful views! Located 20 minutes from Colgate University in Hamilton, NY and a little over an hour from Syracuse airport. Be sure to bring your kayak or canoe to enjoy the calm waters of Gorton Lake. There are also plenty of nature trails nearby. At the end of the day kick back and watch the stars around the fire pit. Please note this is a rustic experience. There is a hot shower. The outhouse is a composting toilet.
