The place is magical! From the first moment you can feel at home, it's very cozy, clean, bright. The apartment is very well equipped, you can find everything you need for both a short and very long stay. The location is perfect, close to the sports resort, up to 2 minutes to the beach. The neighborhood is also quiet, yet close to shops and restaurants (both on foot and by car).

Milka is a great host, very flexible and helpful and friendly. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the shower hot and powerful and newly installed. There is so much choice for food and drink, would particularly recommend la Piramide for the best mojitos we have ever had for a bargain 6 euros. Also walked to a few different beaches which are clean and well looked after. Would recommend!

The apartment is great, it's not missing any detail. The entrance with a code is very convenient. The area is quiet but close to the beach and the supermarket. We were very comfortable and Pilar responded to our questions quickly. Finally, she was very attentive, since on arrival we had fresh water in the fridge and the apartment was cool with the air on! A real treat when arriving from the trip and it was hot. To be repeated!

Cozy and highly recommended accommodation, located in a quiet and beautiful area of the village, a stone's throw from the beach. We were very comfortable and we will definitely be back.

José was a great host, and the house was immaculate. It was very spacious, with lots of natural light. Having four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one half bathroom, a private trampoline, a shared swimming pool, and two balconies was perfect for our extended family of six adults and two children.

It was a great stay at Amber's. A very nice apartment, everything clean and tidy. Very quiet area, 200 meters to the great beach. Parking right outside the door. Absolute recommendation. We will be happy to come back.

Our stay at Gerrit's was just perfect in every way! Gerrit welcomed us warmly and stayed in touch with us throughout the stay to make recommendations and answer our questions. The house really has everything you need for a quality stay. The location is fabulous for recharging batteries and relaxing. Cabonneras at this time of year is a small haven with the sea a short walk from the house. Thank you again so much Gerrit for EVERYTHING! We enjoyed a great stay at Casa Chinos (family of 7). Plenty of room, great layout and we had everything we needed during our stay. Robert and Alex were very responsive throughout. 2 minute walk to the Playa with some nice places to eat, kids play parks etc. pool table, table tennis and pool toys to keep the kids entertained. Lovely apartment in a good location and it was great being able to see and hear the sea while sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the morning. As others have said you do really need a car to get around although the bus stops on the main road and is easy enough to get about on and cheap enough.

Stunning location with uninterrupted views of the Med and spectacular sunrises. There are many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The communal pool was great and right outside the gate from the lovely terrace. The rooftop would benefit from loungers, a shade and table and chairs to get the most out of the views including the mountains and the Old town behind. The main bedroom needs a wider bed and better mattress. Good fans in all rooms but one wasn’t working in the small bedroom. Fully functioning kitchen which we utilized for main meals using local produce from the fishmonger and butchers a few steps away. All round lovely week. Thank you Beatriz

Simply gorgeous modern design with luxurious amenities and a private pool, a shared communal pool (shared by just six other homes), and a beautiful beach directly out front! The neighborhood is walkable to groceries and restaurants and the vibe is very relaxed, safe and happy. I will book again!

The owner is very friendly and always attentive to everything. The house is just like the photos, spacious, comfortable and nice. I have no complaints, we loved it. It's also very close to the beach, the beach is literally behind the development. You can also walk to a boulevard where there are several restaurants, very comfortable, it is also 1-2 hours from Almería and close to Cabo de Gata and its villages about 30-40 minutes away. We stayed at Sam's apartment for four weeks. The terrace is huge, with wonderful views of the sea in one direction and surrounded by hills behind the property. The apartment is very comfortably furnished, and well equipped for a longer stay such as ours. I would have no hesitation in booking this property again!

Amazing place. The garden is very nice for doing a workout or chilling in the sun. The house is very light and spacious The host's father is the neighbor and very friendly, attentive and welcoming. The sea and beach is on a 2 minute walk, groceries a few minutes by car. So it's a perfect place to work from while getting non-work done quick.

Wonderful stay in Mojacar. Quiet and family-friendly development. The house is great, very clean and with everything you need. The beach was just a few meters from the house. The pool in the residential complex is fabulous. The kindness of the hosts is noteworthy, always willing to help and with a lot of detail. They made us feel right at home. Undoubtedly to be repeated.

My friends and I were greeted by Nura, Dolores's daughter. Her hospitality was really great despite the fact that we arrived late at the beginning of the night. Graham was the perfect host providing us with lots of information beforehand on beaches, restaurants, places to visit & golf courses. He met us on arrival & showed us where everything was & had even provided a cold bottle of fizz & a delicious Spanish cake. His apartment is beautiful with really comfortable beds & excellent showers. The best bit was the terrace with amazing sea views. He has thought of everything & there is a real sense of thought & care for his visitors e.g. he makes it very clear that you are welcome to use all the herbs, spices, oils etc. He even provides beach towels which is great. Our favourite beach was Playa Amarillo which was a 5 minute drive away although the beach in front of the apartment was good for swimming if it was a bit choppy in other places. We visited Lorca & Mojacar for days out & Aguilon Golf which were all easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Graham for a lovely stay.

Wonderful stay! The communication with Chus was excellent from start to finish, she perfectly answered our questions and quickly found all the solutions to the small adjustments requested. The apartment is conveniently located and the view from the terrace is exceptional. Very nice bedding for the double bed. Bathrooms quite small but have the advantage of being two. The apartment has a private parking space at the foot of the residence. Self check-in is very nice. Thanks again Chus for everything!

The apartment is so well appointed and super clean with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The terrace is absolutely magnificent for breakfasts, dinners and star gazing. The location is so close to the beach and restaurants, bars etc with a mini supermarket across the road. We had a great stay in San Jose and loved the relaxed beach vibes, lovely eateries and cute Spanish square. We spent some of our days just hanging out and mooching about on the beaches and in the town. But it is so worth a very short drive to the beaches Genoveses and Monsul, they are spectacular and so picturesque. The coves nearby are perfect for snorkelling too and you can walk/hike to beaches very easily from the apartment. It’s just a beautiful, off the beaten track spot and we would happily take our family there again. Perfect for young kids, so much adventuring to do that’s very accessible.
