All good as always. It was my third time there. It’s not the newest apartment, but there is something that makes me feel at home instantly. Only negative point, but this is not the owners vault - one of the two elevators that are reaching the floor of the apartment was out of order. So, calling the elevator took a little more time than usual. This is, of course, just a temporary condition.

We really enjoy your stay! The flat is clean, well organized and comfortable, it serves a couple and a child well. The only observation is about checkout time (11h). As the condominium pool only opens after 10am, it does not pay for those who want to enjoy the morning before leaving. A checkout a little later would be perfect for guests to enjoy better. Overall, it was a great experience!

The apartment is very clean, tidy and organized!l We feel in a place that has been prepared with great affection to welcome us. The only negative point was in relation to the condominium that does not look so good and because it is 2 floors, there was a lot of noise in the upper floor. But thinking about the apartment and the attention given by Kaleu, we had no problem.

It felt like I was at home! There were 4 of us. My daughter's mother, my daughter and her friend slept in the bedroom (double bed + 1 cot). I slept on the retractable sofa, veeeeeeeeery comfortable! It would easily fit one more person! Super recommended!!! Not to mention that the Concierge staff are very helpful!

Apartment with great location, you could walk to the center. Market very close to the apartment. When we needed to reach out to Cristana, she always responded without delay. Love.

The place is exactly like in the photos, in addition to being cozy and having bed and bath linens, as well as essential household items, such as ironing clothes. Gerson welcomed us very well and gave us several tips of places to visit.

Rafaella is very kind and whenever I needed she helped me with everything! The place is a place of peace and great for large families. I looted for my 5-year-old son's birthday and managed to locate some toys for the kids because it has a great space for it. Deixo here my recommendation. ❤️

The apartment is located right in the center of the city, with easy access to pharmacies, markets and restaurants, allowing all activities on foot thanks to its privileged location. The building was impeccable, extremely clean and very well equipped, with quality furniture and household utensils. The hospitality of Dona Fátima and Mr. José Carlos was exceptional, always considerate and very kind. I recommend the stay for everyone looking for comfort and practicality in Serra Negra.

I stayed on the holiday with my girlfriend, the apartment is super comfortable and complete, with a kitchen game and a wonderful room. The coffee maker is the mimo of space!! The host André is the kindness in person, received us in the best way, we will definitely be back!!
