Tiny House w/ seaview, pool +secluded gardens

A beautiful tiny house in a tranquil mountain valley between Positano and Montepertuso. Away from the crowds at the beach but near enough to walk down in 20 minutes. The house is not at streel level, there are 465 steps down from the road in Montepertuso. You must be fit and able to climb steps and carry your bags down. Heavy luggage is not advised. The house has a separate front door, living area, small kitchen, fridge, low ceilinged bathroom and bedroom with balcony overlooking pool.

House Naomi je smještena u mjestu Rakovica, Irinovac 171, oko 8 kilometara od Plitvičkih jezera i oko 20 kilometara od Rastoka ( Slunj ). U apatrmanu se nalaze 2 velike sobe, 2 velike kupaonice, kuhinja, dnevni boravak i veliki balkon. Gosti u House Naomi mogu se opustiti u mirnom vrtu uz šalicu domaće rakije na terasi i uživati u roštilju. U blizini se nalazi nekoliko restorana koji poslužuju raznovrsna jela. Oko 6 kilometara od House Naomi se nalaze Baraćeve Špilje koje morate posjetiti. :)

Apartment is located on the second floor of the old stone house right on the sea. It is 5mins walking distance to the promenade and just above the beach. It has fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a private balcony with a view over the sea and Biševo island. It is equipped with LCD tv, air condition, wi-fi, ceiling fan in bedroom (in winter time heater if necessary). With the apartment rental comes the possibility of using a double seated kayak during the stay.

A beautiful river side wood cabin, in peaceful surrounding, ornamented with antiquities some 12 km away from Banja Luka city center. Set in very private grounds in the heart of the olive grove. Suitable for family vacations away from traffic, crowd, noise..yet only 7 km from the center of Šibenik. Guests can enjoy private beach in front of the house. On the dock, there is a boat mooring and a mooring buoy for guests arriving by boat. Canoe and kayaks are free for our guests.
