Exactly as expected. Small apartment, but lovely and perfectly located. Great attention to details to ensure this property has a lovely vibe. Walking to beach, views, bars, restaurants, and more. Excellent stay.

Great experience. Clean, functional and perfect apartment for 2 people. Comfortable and pleasant outdoor space perfectly equipped to enjoy the sun or to eat in the shade of a large umbrella. Strategic location, practically a short walk from the sea. We hope to be able to come back again next summer.

A pleasant and satisfactory stay, very friendly and helpful hosts ready to meet any of our questions or needs in a timely manner. The apartment is in a great location, very clean and fresh (also thanks to the two air conditioners) and equipped with every tool you may need in a house but above all in a kitchen; details such as a plant of aromatic herbs outside the terrace, sugar and coffee already present inside, hangers for clothes... The only downside if you really want to find was the shower panel, slightly squeaky, maybe to be replaced, but in short, nothing that could have compromised our stay If I go back to Termoli, I'll definitely be back.

What a beautiful place to stay at. Very easy and friendly Gabriëlla and family. Very helpful to make your stay pleasant. The apartment on the ground floor is really excellent and equipped with all the comforts. Very beautifully carried out renovation of a farmhouse down to the smallest details carried out by an architect. From the beautifully landscaped garden and from the apartment you have a soothing view of the sea. Also wonderful is the use of the cleverly landscaped pool. We really enjoyed it. Everything was neat and tidy and very clean.

It's like being at home at Michelina, even better because you don't have Michelina at home! Its presence and care is definitely an additional reason to stay in the heart of the beautiful historic village of Termoli. Her son Roberto was also valuable in welcoming and advising. If our stay in Termoli was unforgettable, it is also thanks to them and the comfort and location of the accommodation they provide. If we ever go back to Termoli, we won't forget to stop by to give and take a hug.

Gorgeous space in a gorgeous location. Elia was extremely helpful, even though all of our communications with him were electronic. However, he did provide us with a local contact, with whom we met. Our only challenge with the space was the persistent presence of mosquitoes (during the month of May.) The windows have no screens.

Antonio was a lovely host, meeting me at the house, explaining everything in detail and making me feel at home and relaxed (after a slightly stressful journey). He even came out in a thunderstorm to fix the TV! The local oil, the coffee and bottle of water at the house were hugely appreciated. A good supermarket within 2 minutes, the old town and sea were a 2 minute walk, the rail station was 5 mins away and bus station a 20 minute walk. All perfect for a relaxed and pleasant weekend.
