Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Molunat

This was a great airbnb I didn’t want to leave! It’s about a 10 minute bus ride to old town and close to the bus station. It’s in a quieter neighborhood away from all the hustle/bustle of old town. It had everything you could need to feel at home. Clean bathrooms, nice big bed, even a TV with streaming services. Highly recommend. Karmen was also super helpful in helping me find the place (Uber often drops you off on the other side of the building). She was responsive and gave me a very helpful rundown of the area. We loved our stay at Mihovil’s apartment. It is in a perfect quiet location just a short walk to the Old Town, City Walls, and Cable Car station. Nice bakery very close as well. Mihovil was very friendly and hospitable. He greeted us on arrival and provided great local recommendations. The apartment itself was very comfortable and clean, with all amenities as described. Nice shower with good pressure and plenty of hot water. The bed was really comfortable and the views through the skylights were beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean accommodation, faithful to the photos and stunning views of the mountains. Host always available, accommodating and responsive by message. Be careful having a car is highly recommended because it is very difficult to reach on foot or thanks to public transport, and necessary to get around. The downside is the “jacuzzi” which is a tub with jets that you don't feel. Regarding the pool it is clean, has a great view of the setting sun and the valley but is not heated

One of the most beautiful places I have stayed in a long time. The biggest reason for booking was because of the view, and the view was amazing, I kept falling asleep with curtains wide open so when I wake up all I see is scenery. The communication with the hosts is 10/10, any issues or worries all I need to is drop a message and within seconds there’s a reply! 2 points for anyone who wishes to stay, theres quite a large hill so if you’re unable to walk up, it may be tricky but with patience it’s fine. 2nd, please read the guide they sent you before arriving! Without it I wouldn’t have known how to get around the area.

Beautiful, apartment, very clean, rainfall shower, comfortable modern design, the espresso machine in the kitchen makes excellent Coffee, and the kitchen is fully equipped with oven and dishwasher. The curtains and outside sunscreens was hotel quality, and ensured total darkness for sleeping, which we appreciated. The apartment is a short walk from City centre and the old Town, the closest restaurant is at Hotel Moskva, they also serve breakfast. Friendly helpful hosts, made our stay even better.

Without doubt the most luxurious airbnb we have stayed in over the years. The bed linen and equipment are like a 5 star hotel! The comfiest beds, perfect kitchen, very useful laundry room, great sound system in the living area, private parking, small gym area - even beach towels were provided. Lots of reviews mention the view from the balcony and it really is the best in Kotor. Finally Marija was excellent, super helpful and friendly and always so quiet to respond. 5 stars doesn’t do it justice!

Our stay at the River House was great. It was surrounded by nature and very private. Katarina was very helpful and responsive. Her mom treated us with some of her specialties and they were delicious. There were a few beaches around that we visited. Dubrovnik was about 15 minutes drive from there and it’s always nice to visit. I would recommend the river house for a summer vacation,

Nika’s place was perfect for us! It was spacious, clean, well stocked with all you need! The garden was spacious with plenty of seating and the view was lovely! We really enjoyed our stay, especially as it was a 3 minute walk to the entrance of the old town! We were in walking distance of bakeries, supermarkets, attractions like the cable cart and a 10 minute walk to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better location! The neighbourhood was quiet, the only noise you would hear would be the street outside but when the windows were closed, it was very peaceful! Nika and the accommodation contact were very helpful and responsive! We would definitely love to visit again!

This home was a beautiful place to stay in whilst visiting Dubrovnik. The roof terrace had an incredible view and the seating was very comfortable. The beds were comfortable, cosy and the AC was excellent as it was warm. The place was very clean and had everything we wanted. Do not hesitate to book this place. We will be recommending it to everyone we know.

We arrived on 31.3.25 we stayed only for one day a huge property with many rooms with an amazing view we had a great time And the property owner's service was amazing as well Highly recommend your listing

Super location ! At the entrance of old city. Near to bars & restaurants! The apartment has a very nice decoration ! Renovated ! Small complex but all you need to enjoy Nike’s great recommendations for food, coffee and tourism. Highly recommended. Thanks Nike !

Hrvoje’s house is beautiful and unique, and one of the best-equipped places I've stayed in. The kitchen had plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses, etc, and there were more towels and bathrobes than we could use. It's a large, very old property which is full of character. One bedroom is upstairs with an en suite. The other main bedroom is downstairs with the twin bedroom next to it. Both the downstairs rooms share a bathroom, with access from the twin room via the other bedroom. We only used the two main bedrooms and it was very private. The beds are large (UK superking size) and comfortable. Air conditioning was excellent. The outside space is large and pretty, with a fantastic view over the old town and the Adriatic beyond. A great place to relax with a few drinks. The location is excellent with the entrance to the old town only 5 minutes' walk away. The apartment is near the road, so not many steps to negotiate with luggage. Highly recommended.

Irena's apartment was the perfect place to stay while in Dubrovnik. The apartment itself was exactly like the pictures, the view from the apartment was beautiful, it was walkable to a gorgeous beach where you could see the sunset, it was very peaceful and quiet, and there were grocery stores/restaurants a 10 minute walk away. If I ever go back to Dubrovnik, I'll be sure to stay in the same apartment!

Beautiful house on a very picturesque but quiet street in the centre of old town Dubrovnik. We loved the decor and it was absolutely spotless with great communication from mare. We had some good weather and enjoyed the use of the garden which was really peaceful giving respite from the busy old town. Easily walkable to everywhere in old town Dubrovnik. Be aware there are many steps to get here (and in the actual house too) so a reasonable level of mobility is required although this is true for most of old town Dubrovnik! Would definitely recommend

What an incredible place to stay! I am 20 years old and I stayed with my grandmother. The home is so cozy and comfortable. The view is unbelievable and it truly felt like home. The heated floors in the bathroom were a plus. It is amazing value for the price. It is on a hill but we ubered there so it was not an issue. Would definitely recommend!!!

Old town authentic vibe neighbourhood, good place to stay for the weekend

Ivana was such an incredible host. Our flight was delayed which meant arriving after midnight. Ivana was able to greet us and even offered to pick us up from the airport if we couldn’t get a taxi. This is way above and beyond a regular host. Thank you so so much. The apartment was perfect for our needs (2 adults, 3 kids) with 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The balcony over looking Cavtat was beautiful. Short walk to the harbour, 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to Dubrovnik by car or boat. Ideal location. Thank you so very much!

Impeccable apartment very strict instructions... nice location

It is very spacious and clean. Very close to the bus station. It’s quite far from Budva Old Town, but it’s totally fine with me because I preferred privacy. The fridge door is broken but I didn’t mind because it still works but hopefully it gets fixed for the next customer! :) Highly recommended if you want a quiet place! :)

Directions would be better described if you arrive by car from the direction of Dubrovnik, then after the. Village of Plat just before the Obod bus stop on the right side Coffee bar " Jure" as orientation turn right on the second street ( not first !! ), then turn left after about 50 m the house on the 👍👍 left side would have to be easier to find, otherwise you drive like me in circles( if you turn off the first upper street) and a good advice to arrive privately if possible, arrive in Hellenic.. otherwise everything was as described, clean and fine.Bruno is a very nice and dear host.. Anytime I am happy to be his guest again ❤️❤️❤️👍
