Helpful host who is ready for all your questions. Great instructions on how to get there, even for foreigners. The stay is amazing and very clean with a great view over the ocean. The check out was very easy as well.

Our stay at Hamza’s place was absolutely amazing and we are honoured to stay with Hamza during the blessed month of Ramadan. Our experience was fabulous, the place is an absolute gem and the views and atmosphere are not from this world. Hamza as a host was nothing less than a dream host and we felt very comfortable in his place. Hamza is very attentive and took the time to show us around and show us the best places for shopping. Great apartment bathroom and kitchen could do with renovating and bed sheets a little tired Pool not in use but beach front location made up

Moez was incredible nice and kind host. He picked us up from the airport, and welcomed us with a bottle of cold water! His place is really cozy, the sea view is extremely beautiful, and the balcony is the best place to drink something cold after a hot day. The localisation was super nice, a lot of restaurants, coffee, and beach bars. We truly enjoyed this stay, and we recommend Moez and his apartment to everyone! Thank you, Moez and hopefully see you again!

Sami is a very welcoming host ( Sami stays in touch with us if needed throughout the stay)the accommodation matches the description. We had a great time in this apartment. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Monaco Residence in Sousse with my friends, and it was absolutely a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by (Samy) whose kindness and gentle hospitality made us feel instantly at home. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was how well the residence catered to guests' needs. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view . The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sousse – I will definitely be returning!

Mohammed was very flexible and allowed us to check in slightly earlier than planned. The accommodation is in a perfect location next to Hannibal park (funfair) and walkable to local restaurants and coffee shops (coffee shop conveniently situated downstairs of the apartment block) The accommodation contained all required essentials allowing you to cook in the apartment. Lovely sized balcony with beautiful views. Mohammed was always available to communicate and help/advise in any way possible. We will definitely stay at Mohammed’s apartment again returning with our children.

Impeccable accommodation. However, for winter, as today in January, central heating (in the living room) is available and works to heat, but the bathroom and bedroom heating does not work (to be repaired and checked for the next vacationers). Otherwise, overall the location and the apartment are peaceful, and we are satisfied for a short stay. Thank you ☺️

Bechir and Anna have been incredibly friendly hosts, and they have a beautiful home with a super cozy garden/ courtyard to sit in the evening. Could not recommend them more! :)

Dora's place and spotless, the place and peaceful 10, 15 minutes from all the places to visit, we easily found taxis on the main road next to the accommodation. Very cool. Thanks Dora.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Lovely apartment with a large balcone overlooking the port. I can honestly say the view is more beautiful than the pictures. The flat is spotless clean consists of comfy beds, powerful hot water, microve, Tv satellite with hundreds of international channels, washing machine and so on and so on. The host Nejat is a super host, trustworthy, friendly and vey kind answering any question you may have. Thanks dear Nejat for hosting us and hope to see you next time we visit our beloved city Sousse...All the best :)

This house is in a great location and full of homely comforts to make it a lovely stay. Seconds from the beach and a few minutes from the nearest shops/restaurants. Beautiful bedrooms, living area and kitchen with all the gadgets. Everything that is needed is on hand and communication with Mohamed was always quick ad efficient. A great house!
