Nice studio in a good location right between Antibes and JLP. Sparkling clean apartment. Nice balcony! Everything you need in the apartment. Newly renovated and delicious bathroom. The small alcove is without a window, so not optimal to sleep there. Quiet and quiet in the evening in the area. Safe and nice in the complex.

This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

We had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment. The place was well equipped, enjoyed using an air fryer for the first time & the BBQ was great! The outside decking area with hot tub was very relaxing and as the weather was not warm enough for the pool the hot tub was a welcome alternative for relaxing. The scenery was stunning. I would recommend providing some written recommendations on restaurants, areas to visit, walks in the area etc in the house. We looked online but personal recommendations left for guests would be a nice touch. I would recommend this house for its space for a family and Stephane was a very responsive host. You definitely need a car to enjoy the area, go to shops etc. We had not planned to hire one as I thought we could walk to the village in about 15 mins but we ended up getting a rental otherwise we would have relied on Ubers, which were quick enough but it adds up when you are a party of 5. We stayed at Quete Immo for a few nights with our children and really enjoyed it - the place is clean, freshly renovated and offered a great sense of comfort. The view is wonderful and we enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace. The village was really quiet during our stay so it felt amazing in contrast to the hustle and bustle of the coast. If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable escapade, I highly recommend it (and for those travelling with kids, the children’s playground is one minute walk so that comes as an extra bonus).

We had a wonderful time in Menton. The accommodation was of quality, the parking in the basement of the residence is a plus because it is not easy to park in the streets of Menton. We're already planning on coming back!

The place is beautiful, since you enter and even inside. The balcony has a view of the hills and you can see the sea. In the evening when the village empties it is quiet and relaxing. Inside you find the necessary to season the food and I also had a couple of snacks that I had breakfast with. Ingrida the day before, he sent me instructions on how to find the house, including a video that made everything much easier. Experience to repeat for sure, thank you! 🌻

A very pleasant stay in Nice! The accommodation is ideally located for visiting Nice with tram access at the foot of the building. A very nice view of the Promenade des Anglais and the Mediterranean Sea. Laura and Jean Louis are always very responsive. Good tips and handing over keys. We highly recommend if you are visiting Nice.
