Está en la planta superior, (además para acceder al edificio hay 9 escalones en la entrada principal) y comparte jardín y piscina con los otros dos apartamentos, Bonelli y Caeruleus. Dispone de un impresionante salón-comedor-cocina donde poder disfrutar de todas las comodidades y amplitud de un espacio abierto, con techos altos y abuhardillados y una terraza con preciosas vistas al arroyo de las casas y una inmejorable panorámica del pueblo. Dispone de una cocina totalmente equipada, incluyendo nevera, lavavajillas, horno, cafetera, lavadora… además de una isla central con barra integrada para disfrutar de la mejor compañía mientras cocinas. Una impresionante habitación dotada de una espectacular cama “King Size” con otra terraza privada para disfrutar de las estrellas justo antes de dormir.
