The Apartment Millán is located in the town of Monovar, right in the center of the city, and very close to Alicante (35 Km) Elche 25 Km, Elda 8Km and the earport (28 Km). The beaches of the province of Alicante are 25-30 minutes away by car. It is a privileged location in the city center where there are all kinds of services within walking distance (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and the typical shops of the city center). is equipped with smart TV, Air conditioning, Washer-dryer, WIFI.

Our refurbished stone tiny house has loads of character, it's located next to the famous castel of Guadalest & the moutain views from the plot are breathtaking. Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.
