It has a huge yard with old growth trees, yet it is only a 5 minute ride to Downtown Court House Square or Indiana University Memorial Stadium. There is easy access to the Pine Grove boat ramp at the end of the road where you can go kayaking, fishing or birdwatching and Paynetown Recreation area which offers boat rentals is 5 minutes away.
