Vacation rentals with a patio in Monroe County

Wonderful place! It was perfect for a weekend stay. Loved the esthetics and it smelled wonderful lol only thing to note is that it is on a busy street. But I would for sure stay again if in the city!

We stayed here for 3 nights as a family of four (toddler and baby) and it was a great space for us! Easy entry, good parking, great neighbourhood, and close to everything we wanted. Also, the place was absolutely spotless! We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Rochester!

My son and I had a lovely little stay. Was perfect for the two of us visiting the museum of play! Leanna was so responsive and helpful!

The amount of care and detail put into Katy’s place made this studio apartment feel anything but quaint. We had such a lovely time, despite our very short trip into town. The location is steps away from Park Ave, centrally located with easy off-street parking. Katy was quick to respond to any requests and we would highly recommend any of her rentals, based off of this experience.

Very clean space in a great location. The actual space was just like the pictures showed. I had a little problem with the Wifi and they were very understanding and responsive. I would definitely recommend to anyone and if I ever need to stay in Webster again, I would want to stay here.

I had a great stay at Neil’s place while I was in town for work for 2 weeks. The neighborhood was quiet and the apartment had everything with clean towels plenty of blankets and the laundry in the basement was easy to use. I would definitely stay again! Neil was quick to answer and very polite over text he checked in to make sure everything was to my liking!

Especially liked the level 2 charging station located across the street. We were able to charge our electric car overnight. Big plus for us. Walked to a laser light show at the Planetarium. Beds are very comfortable.

Liam's home was close to everything we needed. It was spacious, warm & comfortable, especially the cozy bay window area with the Lazy boy chair. We look forward to coming back in the fall. Liam was a great host, very responsive & his place was a great find!

Very peaceful place with wildlife right out back, yet still close to the airport and shopping. Clean and roomy feel. Great community. Super responsive and accommodating host. We'd love to check back in when we return to Rochester!

If I could give this place more than five stars I definitely would! This Airbnb is fantastic! Beautiful home, large spaces and all the amenities and extras you could hope for! It was even decorated for Christmas with a tree and assorted very tasteful decorations. There were even lights on the house! Everything about this stay made me feel so at home. The neighborhood is beautiful and my interactions with some of the locals were great. The next door neighbor even came without being asked and offered to help remove some snow from a light snowfall we had. He wouldn’t take no for an answer and was what anyone would want in a neighbor. I highly recommend this Airbnb and hopefully it will be available again the next time I am in town. Thank you so much!

This was a great stay! The home was beautiful! It was spacious, cozy, and I loved being able to see the river along with some small wildlife from the back porch. So serene and peaceful. My family enjoyed it so much, we created a load of new memories. 10/10 would definitely book again! It was just what I didn't know I needed in an Airbnb. Thank you for having us!

this is our second time staying at Emily’s place. We love the location, can walk to Park Avenue to coffee shops & excellent restaurants. The space is clean, comfortable, cozy, has everything that you would need. Well appointed kitchen, I was able to cook big dinners and breakfasts. We’ll be back for sure! Many Thanks!

Stayed at this charming place while in Rochester visiting the Museum of Play. Super comfortable for our family of 4, and found the drive to the museum very convenient (about 5 mins!). The surrounding area had lots of interesting looking stores, cafes and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Erin was an extremely helpful host, she adjusted our check-in time to allow for a bag drop and provided a high chair for my young nephew. The home was beautiful and check-in was very easy. Walking distance from downtown Pittsford and every amenity you need - I plan to stay here again if available when we're in the area!

This was our 3rd trip and as always it’s a favorite when we come to visit family in Batavia and Rochester . Owner is wonderful and the place is fantastic . Watched the NYE fireworks from the back deck and love the location .

Place was very cozy and romantic for me and my fiance for our valentines day trip. I can't wait to book again.
