Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Monroe County

This beautiful home was perfect for my family on spring break. The location was private and peaceful, very little traffic in a nice safe neighborhood to be out walking my dog. The house was new, immaculate and nicely furnished with COMFORTABLE sectional in living room (hard to find in an AirBnb) and beds. Would stay here again - highly recommend!!

We had a group of friends from several different states meeting up for a fun catch up weekend. The house was a great choice. It has a very large open living/dining/kitchen which allowed for hours of laughter. The host was always very responsive to any question we had (which weren't many because they were answered in the very informative flyers and checkin/out instructions). The oversized deck was perfect for waking up with my morning coffee. We all agreed we would rent this great house again!

What a great experience staying in a retro-trailer that was produced in 1955! These units are truly retro, so if you are looking for a glam-camping experience then this is not for you. All the units are time capsules that have been carefully and loving preserved, (they do have modern appliances like microwaves, Keurig, ect all in retro colors so they fit in). The Village only has 4 units available, (the fifth is currently getting renovated), so it was very private. In the evenings, we were the only guests to use the gas-fire pit or hot tub. Julie has a unit on site and was very active in the Village but not intrusive in any way. Can't wait until to our next stay!

It is a quiet place, and away from the craziness of the day to day. We stayed here so we could go white water kayaking in the Ocoee and even got to visit the Hiwassee. It was a nice trip, and the environment at this place was perfect. I loved the kitchen and all the provided stuff that you could use. We arrived and noticed the deck immediately which is why we wanted to stay here, out of the other listed places. My son was out fishing from the deck every single morning, and would do some night fishing too. We caught a catfish, some bass, and some bluegill right off the deck! Inside the house was a binder that had some details about the place. There was a section in the back that allowed you to share via pen or pencil, about your stay. I was so excited to journal some, but there wasn’t any extra papers. I loved reading about other peoples fun experiences.

We were in town for a music festival and this was the best place we could’ve chosen! The house was clean and very cozy. The host was very easy to communicate with. This house is perfect for large groups! We had 8 guests and could’ve easily slept more! We had a great experience. ☺️

Spent a great week here! Lee is a very responsive host. There were very clear instructions on how to get the cottage, and Lee himself was kind enough to show us around the beautiful property. Getting to the place itself is a bit intimidating at first, and arrive during the day, but after once or twice driving there it’s easy to navigate. Upon arrival, the host and kindly turned on the lights and had music playing for us. The cottage was very well decorated and cozy. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you’d need to cook. Just bring food, drinks, and yourself! The property is so secluded and quiet. There are no restaurants or stores nearby, but that’s exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a secluded, beautiful destination in the hills and that’s exactly what Lees place had to offer. We loved sitting on the porch drinking coffee, exploring the trails during the day, and fires at night! Kids loved foraging through the forest. Good WiFi at cabin. Can’t wait to come back!

Their place was absolutely lovely! Even better than the photos! The beds were very comfortable as well! I loved the area, it was so pretty and secluded, but close enough to the town, Tellico Lake, and the Tail of the Dragon. I would definitely stay again if given the opportunity! 10/10!
