I really enjoyed my stay at the house, it was in a perfect location for me, super easy to find, and simple easy check in and check out, Mateos's was always available if needed and always very responsive to any messages or communication we had during my stay, he was a great host and I would highly recommend staying here and I would certainly stay again if I'm back in the area and the home is available, especially in the summer with the home having a pool, it is winter now and the home was great it would be over the top with the pool in the summer, a great place to stay!

John is a friendly, delightful, and helpful host! His house is spacious, fun, and perfect for family gatherings! Highly recommend!

We met Jeff when we arrived and he was very personable friendly. A quick message with any questions and he responded quick. The best part for the property was the backyard. Spacious and private with plenty to do, this is a great AirBNB for any warm weather travel. Even with the owners staying above, we never noticed and were given total privacy.

Ian’s place was great. He was very responsive and helpful. Large common areas. Lots of bedrooms. Some of the beds could use updating. Would definitely stay again

G was a great host. Responded quickly and helped us out when we needed it. After a scheduling mix up he did everything he could to accommodate us. He was very friendly but left us alone unless we reached out with questions. The sunroom was bright and cheery (could use some blinds so we could see the tv, we hung a blanket one afternoon). Bathrooms, towels and linens were clean and the house was tidy and roomy! Walking distance to some good restaurants.

This was my first time staying at an Airbnb, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Tom was more than helpful! I had a group of teen girls stay for my daughter’s birthday weekend and we decided we will try and stay here every time we are in this area instead of a hotel. They like they could be a little louder than at a hotel and there wasn’t so many rules. It was also nice that there was a pool and there was no closing time like hotels. This may have been the second best feature for the girls, the first was privacy and they could be louder!

Beautiful home. Very clean and organized. Our host checked in with us multiple times to ensure everything was up to our expectations.

Matthew was an excellent host and very responsive. Having a 5 bedroom home to stay at in Royal Oak is a rare find. Perfect house for a large family to stay. I would definitely come back.

The house is on a busy road so it’s easy to miss but the house itself is great place to stay!!! You know it’s clean when the rules say no outside shoes in house!!! The beds are so comfy!!

House is located in a quiet neighborhood, lots of space, adequate parking and had all the amenities we needed! Host is very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay and will book again for future stays!

Lisa and Phil have an amazing place and go above and beyond as hosts! They had fresh pastries, fruit, and flowers waiting for us. The kitchen is well stocked with pantry essentials and cooking gear. The property is immedicable and exemplifies Phil's wood-working craftsmanship. We took full advantage of the hot tub and also a tour of Phil's downstairs wood shop. While initially concerned about the train, we found it an exciting perk and our sleep was never disturbed even without ear plugs. We were lucky enough to be able to stay for 2 weeks and will definitely be recommending the "lodge" to friends and family!

Pretty good house and well maintained. Literally felt like staying in my own house. Everything was very well organised with all the amenities and services. The host was also too supportive and every friendly

John is a great host and was very accommodating to our needs.

The Cottage House was perfect for our family. It was a great space and had plenty of room for our 4 kids and great dane. There is 1 TV which the kids took over immediately, but there is board games available for family entertainment. The house had all the kitchen supplies you could need. We don't usually eat out and we made our meals at home, so I don't know about the local restaurants. Most activities are within a 15 min drive though. The house itself has a large wooded area behind it that was great for walks. Our dog loved that the most. There is a big fire pit with logs available. We wished we would have used it but we were so worn out by Cedar Point that we never got to. David and Guilda were very responsive hosts. They provided a lengthy list of things to do and recommendations for restaurants. This is a great place to stay.

We stayed at Gheorghe’s home during our son’s UM graduation week. We were only there for sleeping and coffee/breakfast in the mornings, but it was great for our needs. The drive from Ann Arbor was short and easy and worth it for the better price than rentals closer to UM.

We loved this place. Perfect location for fishing the Detroit River. Kal is an amazing host. We had everything we needed. Definitely will stay here again.
