Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Montagnac-Montpezat

We really enjoyed our stay an Annie’s place. The only thing missing was Wi-Fi, and she said she’s working on that. We’d definitely stay there again.

We spent 3 days and 2 nights in this building, the place in general is very nice, we hear that very little the highway below. Beautiful walks to do around the house, The interior has everything you need, the only downside would be the running water which is not drinkable and smells of iron but understandable given the location of the house. Because of this, the bathtub has some traces of minerals from the water that flows into it. But in general the place is very nice. I recommend it.

We had a great time at Louisette and Claude's. Their place offers a quiet and relaxing break for a great vacation. Louisette and Claude are very welcoming and available! Excellent hosts! Thank you so much for this great stay at your place. We'll keep the address :)

Wonderfully beautiful and tastefully furnished cottage surrounded by quiet nature. The surroundings with their landscape and villages are enchanting; communication with Gwen was always smooth and courteous! Absolutely recommended!

Beautiful home and incredibly kind host! Monique was very welcoming and helpful, incredibly sweet. The location was great, there is a local bus that takes you to the center of town. Garden and backyard were beautiful and perfect place to be during the day. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were very comfortable. Home was rustic and homely, in the heat of the summer gets a bit hot but there are fans to help. Overall incredible place and super responsive host!

Everything was perfect: the accommodation was very nice with all the essentials for a good stay (including a very well-equipped kitchen). Located in a residential area, the house is quiet while being close to shops (less than 5 min walk) and the beach (less than 10 min walk). Geoffroy is very friendly with lots of care for appreciable hosts. I recommend it without hesitating!

Lovely house with lots of charm, spacious. Very beautiful environment; a quiet hamlet with beautiful mountain views. Melanie is very nice, as well as her parents who live next door. The Gorges de la Méouge are beautiful and close by. Lots of beautiful hikes around. A real joy for nature lovers.

We had a great day in Aix. Everything was close to the apartment on foot. The street is very quiet and there are many services nearby (bakery, supermarket, restaurants, shops...). Apparently very pleasant and bright. And the decor is nice. The kitchen is well arranged and there is everything you need to prepare small convivial meals. Even the details of the coffee capsules to our stop! Impeccable sheets and towels. Very comfortable beds (a nice surprise the double bed so wide). The cleanliness of the apartment was irreproachable, which we especially liked. You have to walk up to the fourth floor, but it also serves as a little sport! Apartment to be reccomandered without a second thought!

Accommodation close to the city center, spacious, bright and comfortable. We were very warmly welcomed by Anne and her neighbors. Very nice terrace for aperitifs. I would recommend it in a second.

Magnificent ! Nicolas’ appartment is a jewel right in the center of Aix. Surrounded by beautiful art centers and charming streets, it is really an amazing place. I have no doubt I will come back . Nicolas is a great host , very responsive.

I enjoyed a comfortable stay at Frédérique's. It was lovely to come home to each afternoon after a long day of exploring Aix. Everything as described. Would stay again!

Our stay at Elena and Jean's exceeded all expectations. We found it much nicer than in the photos in the listing. We especially liked the view from the large glass front of the living room. We couldn't get enough of it! The entire house is lovingly decorated and tells about various pictures and art objects from distant countries. The reception by Elena and the final handover to Jean were very warm and pleasant. Elena's tips for the area were very helpful. The house is wonderfully located in an old residential area. We enjoyed the shops serving everyday needs, as well as a regular bus connection to the center and the walking distance to various bathing facilities. We were allowed to park our car in Elena and Jean's nearby garage. It was safe there the entire vacation and was not moved away by us, because the bus was always the better option in the narrow streets of Marseille.

More than delighted with my stay at Jennifer's place which has a very nice apartment. It feels like a friend's home and everything is functional and thoughtful. Tidy and nothing is lacking. It's a personalized gem in a beautiful area. Jennifer is so adorable. No doubt I'll be back soon! Once again, thank you for everything

I absolutely loved my stay at Jérémy’s loft. The space is beautifully designed, full of charm and character, with thoughtful details that give it a really unique feel. The natural light, creative touches, and cosy layout made it a real sanctuary during my time in Marseille. The neighbourhood is vibrant and full of life, with great cafés, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance. It’s also really well connected for getting around the city. Everything was just as described, and I felt completely at home. A wonderful place to stay. I’d come back in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere with soul and style.

The listing was exactly as described. A very warm house with furniture and decoration. Very nice place despite being in November. Overall we had a nice stay.

The place is even nicer than pictured. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen functional. The gardens are well maintained, the views are superb. We were able to play pétanque on a field downstairs in the sun ☀️ the pool has 29 degrees was a plus, and the sauna too! The place is quiet, Nadia was very helpful! We recommend this place for a family time

I booked the villa for a holiday with 11 friends. We were fully surprised when we arrived on site as the villa is extraordinary and is 1000 times above what the photos show. The interior is comfortable, modern and very optimized (EVERYTHING YOU need to feel at home is in the villa!). There are no photos of the two bathrooms on Airbnb or these two bathrooms are modern (Italian shower + Italian shower and bathtub in the 2nd) which is very comfortable. The bedrooms are big and with plenty of storage. The villa is very spaced which allows everyone to have their own space. The balconies and terraces on all floors are a huge plus. The pool and outdoor space is just perfect! The outdoor bar totally seduced us and the garden is very large which allowed us to play spike ball, badminton, volleyball, ping pong... A big thank you for a wonderful stay! Manon and her friends.

A perfect escape for our family! We thoroughly enjoyed Marie’s house. Our kids (5 & 8) loved the garden and pool. Highly recommended!

We were received in a super friendly manner by Cindy and introduced to the house. Cindy also reserved some restaurants for us and gave tips about the surroundings. The accessibility and support was great. The location of the house is just perfect and 100% private. The pool was also cleaned once a week. Short and concise, just great. Thanks, Cindy.

I booked this place to celebrate my 60th birthday with my family. The house has an exceptional location with a sensational view of the bay of Saint Maxime. Car is absolutely necessary. About, 10 minutes to the sea. Everything was to our complete satisfaction. Easy to find, uncomplicated check-in. All was perfectly prepared. ( Baby cot + high chair ) We immediately felt at home. In the house, there is enough space to cook and eat in the open living/kitchen area with 8 people. There is even a fireplace for cold days. The outdoor area is also awesome. Several levels to linger. Great pool, jacuzzi, sauna, even a boule area at the bottom of the property is available. Thank you Stephane for the wonderful holiday week. Frank & family

An amazing AirBnB in beautiful surroundings. Very well-equipped kitchen, warm swimming pool and just 10/10 all around. The many bathrooms and showers were great for our group of 11! Merci!
