There are Bulgarian, Italian and many other restaurants and coffe shops nearby. Outdoor playgrounds are open all year round for free. Ledenika cave is on 22 km from city centre.

From here you will reach any point on the central street within 3 to 10 minutes (Sumi Square-Hristo Botev Square). There is a big supermarket and small shops nearby. Parking is free, on the street in front of the block. The apartment is perfect both for a family trip and for leisure or remote work. Upon prior request, we can provide a baby cot.
