The accommodation is on a private property, with private parking space. Guests will be able to use the outdoor spaces, brazier and tables for outdoor use and all its facilities including the swimming pool. The house is completely surrounded by fields and woods. Ideal for bird-watching, trekking and mountain biking enthusiasts.

Set within a cluster of self catering apartments in this restored farmhouse with pool. Offering one bedroom with en-suite bathroom this is our smallest apartment but still perfectly formed. There's a custom kitchen with marble counter top with french doors leading to a private flag stoned terrace. Feature exposed stone walls and hand made terracotta floors complete the rustic feel. The comfy sofa in the lounge can convert to a double bed with deep springy mattress.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.
