Vacation rentals in Monte Ricco

Great base for a few days in Venice located within walking distance of everything you could need. Apartment was clean and functional but for 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) it was a little compact - second bedroom is a mezzanine and we could not stand up there! It also had a net wall and steep stairs so not suitable for younger children. Our kids loved the novelty of it though and it was perfect for a couple of days. Overall, a great stay in the perfect location!

Une hôte très chaleureuse et accueillante. Le logement est parfait pour un séjour en couple, avec une petite supérette et un arrêt de bus à quelques pas. À 10 minute en bus du débarcadère, aller à Venise est très simple.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, eine Woche auf diesem wundervollen Bauernhof zu verbringen. Der Gastgeber (Cristian) war unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich, was meinen Aufenthalt besonders angenehm machte. Das Zimmer war nicht nur sehr sauber, sondern auch gemütlich eingerichtet, was meinen Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis machte. Ich kann diesen Bauernhof wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch!"

L'appartamento è molto confortevole e spazioso, ben attrezzato e molto pulito. Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla ma ben servita da supermercati e locali. Il centro della città è facilmente raggiungibile con una tranquilla passeggiata in poco più di 20 minuti. L'host è stato molto cortese.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable chez Frederica et Alberto à Venise ! 🌟 Leur appartement est un véritable bijou : idéalement situé pour explorer la ville à pied, tout en étant dans un quartier calme et charmant. Parfait pour une famille, il est spacieux, propre, et incroyablement cosy — on s’y sent comme chez soi dès la première minute. Le petit plus qui fait toute la différence ? Le rooftop ensoleillé avec une vue magnifique, parfait pour prendre un café le matin ou un apéro au coucher du soleil ! Merci encore pour cette parenthèse magique — nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

The apartment was perfect for us and our two children. The rooms were wonderful - clean and uncluttered. The location was ideal - short walk from bus stations, out of the way of the crowds but accessible to the city. Would highly recommended.

Wir erfreuten uns an der herzlichen, urigen Atmosphäre im Haus und weil Sonja, stets bemüht war, unsere Bedürfnisse und Wünsche schon vorauszuahnen. Es ist wirklich, als wäre man bei Freunden untergebracht, nicht in einem sterilen Hotel. Mit viel liebevoller Deko. Wir haben in den Betten super geschlafen und die 2 Bäder unten und das Bad integriert im Dachgeschoss waren super. Alles da, was man brauchen könnte. Von den angegebenen Dingen, bis zu Regenschirm, Spielsachen und Hut und VIELE Bücher in italienisch und Zeitschriften unter anderem in Französisch, sowie Karten und Pläne der Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung und ein Reiseführer für Venedig auf Holländisch. Willkommens-Kuchen 🥯 und Cafe, alles fürs 1. Frühstück. Als mal was in der Küche fehlte, hat Sinja sofort mit ihren Privaten Utensilien ausgeholfen. Das Leitungswasser ist sehr sehr gut und wir haben Terrasse und Garten geliebt. Für unsere Teenies hat sie extra einen Tischfussball-Tisch aus dem Schuppen geholt. Super!

Huge design apartment: ingresso privato indipendente con grazioso cortile proprio. Zona silenziosa e ottimale. Appartamento molto bello, ristrutturato con finiture di pregio. Le due camere da letto sono ampie, con letto comodo, separate da una zona centrale in cui c'è una cucina/soggiorno. Ogni camera ha tv e bagno proprio. Bagni davvero belli, dotati di ogni confort. Cucina con bicchieri per acqua e vino, accessoriata con mestoli di ogni tipo. Tazze per il tè piccoline e senza piattini. Il bollitore non mi ha convinto. Ho sentito tanto la mancanza di un piccolo microonde per riscaldare velocemente senza dover accendere l'induzione o, peggio, il forno che consuma tanto di più ed è tanto più lento. Sembra che alla cucina non sia stata dedicata la stessa attenzione per il dettaglio del resto della casa. Illuminazione interna curatissima. Bel posto. Consigliatissimo.
