Monthly Rentals in Monte Roja

Great apartment, in a secluded area but next to everything within a few minutes by car. The terrace is super nice. The bed is comfortable, the only thing that would improve are the pillows, which have given us some neck pain. The small shower but fine. The kitchen comes with everything you'll need. In short, we loved it and if we go back to Lanzarote it would repeat!

One of the best stays we've had in Lanzarote We have been coming to Lanzarote for years and Villa Nerea is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and comfortable places we have stayed in. The house is spacious, tastefully decorated and thoughtful. It has a quiet atmosphere that invites you to relax from the moment you are. The outdoor area is spectacular: spacious, quiet, private and perfect for enjoying the sun. The pool is spotless and there is plenty of space to eat, read, or just disconnect. It really feels like a small sanctuary. Also, the wifi works great, something we really appreciated to keep us connected and also to work a few days from there without any issues. The hosts were fantastic - very friendly, always available and you can see that they are very fond of the house. Everything was easy and enjoyable from start to finish. Honestly, we could not have asked for more. We are already hoping to come back!

Another fabulous stay at this villa. We love it so much we usually come back every year! It's so peaceful, which along with the heated pool and hot tub, enables the batteries to fully recharge. There are two supermarkets in the area, along with some lovely restaurants and a sports bar, which means you can go out or stay in as you please. If you like walking, it's a beautiful 45 minitue coastal walk into town, which we did most days and the bus back is only €1.40. The bus stop is about 5 mins away from the villa, so you can also catch the bus into town or the marina and back if you fancy a change of restaurants and scenery, as Playa Blanca has it all!

Lovely place to stay for some relaxing time in the sun. Great location with lots of parking available, a supermarket within 2 minute walk and numerous restaurants and lounges on the same street. There’s a coastal path within a short distance that goes all the way to Playa Blanca and beyond, with Playa Flamingo beach a walkable distance along with Montaña Roja for a sunset hike. The place itself is comfortable, lovely and clean with everything you need for a short or longer stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back and are already considering returning with family.
