Our house at the foot of the Modena Apennines is inside an old village, a former paternal residence from which it takes its name "Saturno". The villa, located in a beautiful hilly area, is spread over 2 levels with a floor area of about 150 square meters. On the ground floor, there is the living room with TV and sofa, plus a kitchen. Going up the stairs we find a double bedroom with balcony, a bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom, plus terrace overlooking both sides of the Apennines.

Spacious four-room apartment on the 4th floor with an elevator, just 5 minutes by car from the Circuit and the Ferrari Museum. It has three bedrooms: two double bedrooms (one with separate single beds) and a single bedroom, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a living room, the real gem of the house, with a sofa bed, Smart TV, decorative fireplace, LED lights to create atmosphere and access to a large balcony.
