Super helpful host, very quiet location five minutes from the old town

Perfect place to stay in Trastevere! Great restaurants and bars down the street. Andrea’s was amazing, very present and helpful.

We had a lovely stay in Bolsena. The house is in a great location with excellent views from the multiple balconies and roof terrace. It was very clean and check-in/check-out experience was very simple. Communication with Oystein was very good and plenty of useful information provided. Would highly recommend staying here!

Hi, I had a wonderful stay at the studio. It was an excellent base to explore Rome. Very walkable and access to many buses. Close to the Piazza Novona, River Tiber and lovely walk along the river to the Vatican. The studio was comfortable, very clean and had all I needed for my stay. A washing machine was a bonus. Clear instructions and information, while Manuela was a a great host. Manuela was friendly, helpful and ready to provide assistance if needed. Over all a great host and recommended accommodation. This was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences in an Air BnB we have ever had. The location is indescribably beautiful with sunrises and sunsets which can be enjoyed from your 100% private pool. The entire building is yours and had everything you could possibly want. There is nobody else around and yet a stunning Italian walled town is within walking distance for all amenities. Federica is a fantastic host who was there for check in and then gives you the run of the villa. Could not recommend more, thank you so much Federica.

Delightful, well-kept, essential place, perfect for those who want a peaceful and relaxing stay with their four-legged friends... The house is fenced and therefore perfect for leaving dogs free, you will find a delightful garden shaded by olive trees with sun loungers and outdoor shower. The patio with the outdoor coffee table has allowed us to eat out and enjoy the place. Just a stone's throw from the little house, a private street will take you to the lake beach, also quiet and perfect for peace and relaxation...what to say for us , beyond expectations you will remain more than satisfied. Silvia's place was great. If you want to explore Trastevere, this is the place to stay. She was always responsive and connected us with taxi service from the train station and to the airport, at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend Silvia's apartment!
