Exceptional stay!!!!........... Sun, beautiful visits to Venice and apartment could not be more pleasant. There may be a little too many people in Venice on weekends given our age (74). We recommend 200% renting the apartment of Antonio and his wife, you will not be disappointed. The apartment is 5 minutes from the bus stop and 15 minutes after you are in Venice as drivers are not impacted by any speed limit. In addition, the apartment is exempt from tax for visitors because it is licensed, and have been often checked in Venice. We thank Antonio and his wife for their very warm welcome as well as the surprise of the gift when we left. BOGO family from Bordeaux.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The host was extremely responsible, always available, and provided helpful recommendations that made our experience even better. The apartment is in a great location — if you prefer not to stay in the center of Venice, this is the perfect alternative. The train station with direct access to Venice is within walking distance, which is incredibly convenient for day trips. The apartment itself is spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. A big bonus is having two bathrooms — ideal for families or groups. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and residential, and there’s convenient parking right next to the apartment. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommended!

I recommend staying there. If I were to come back again, I will want to stay there again. We enjoyed the apartment and its localization, the quality of the beds and bedding, the quality of the shower and of the finish in general in the apartment, the fully equipped kitchen, the silence and tranquility of the apartment, the complete darkness of the bedrooms once the shutters are closed, the temperature and humidity perfectly controlled providing a high level of comfort. In there, everything works well. Lots of hot water for the showers, water pressure, température control, televisions, etc etc. Localization was perfect. Communication was impeccable. We had quite a lot of questions and the response was very very fast and always extremely polite. But know that residence permit are not accepted in Italy. You need your passport 😌.

It was a pleasant experience—the apartment is cozy and authentic. :-) The neighborhood is quiet, yet just about 200 meters away you’ll find lively bars, bistros, and restaurants. I’d say it’s a great place to stay in Venice: easy to reach from Piazzale Roma (around a 15-minute walk) and away from the crowds, in a neighborhood where, from what I could tell, many locals live.

We stayed in this place during the 2025 Easter holidays. It is a very nice and clean accommodation, exactly like the description provided. 10mts to 12mts walk from Mestre station. 3 mts walk to local bus stop. Good travel links nearby. Erika was an amazing host, so as Carmen, who did our check in and checkout. She was very flexible for in and out. There were clear instructions provided. She allowed us to store our luggage at the storage after the check out since we had a tour planned during the day. It was very kind of her. She was always available with her instant responses for any queries. She guided us with all bus/tram details which helped our transportation easy through Venice. Erika even booked a taxi for us to airport when we faced issues with online booking. We were really lucky as we had Erika as our host. We had stayed at Katja's place for two nights. Everything was clean, comfartable and organized, we really felt safe in neighborhood and at home, transportation was really easy and Katja was really kind and helpful person. We will definetly revisit the place next time in Venezia !!

We really enjoyed this apartment: because of its location on the edge of the historic old town, we were able to easily and walk to all the interesting places of this beautiful and lively city. Serena's place is perfect. It is very clean, spacious, and very well located with respect to the Venice Mestre station. It's five minutes walking, you can go to Venice easily and to other places in the Veneto region. Serena is very friendly, friendly and very available. Serena's house is highly recommended!
