It is surrounded by large green and wooded spaces and has a swimming pool. Completely renovated, with characteristic roofs with wooden beams and exposed tiles, the building is very old: in the past the farmhouse had the parish church of S. Stefano, from which it takes its name and whose perimeter walls still exist. The farmhouse has 2 apartments.
