Bonnie a été une excellente hôte toujours présente pour répondre à la moindre petite question. Elle très réactive ce qui nous a beaucoup aidé. L'appartement est d'une propreté irréprochable, bien équipé et au calme. Notre vol retour était le soir et Bonnie a été très flexible quant à l'heure de notre départ. We stayed in the middle of a snowstorm which had challenges including parking given the amount of snow. David was responsive on how to handle the situation and ensured someone came to clear out the driveway. This home was set up perfectly for us to weather the storm as well with many activities for the children. We left an item behind which David offered to mail back to us. We appreciated his kind mannerism throughout our stay.

Clean and spacious. Felt very safe and matched the description. My family enjoyed the park nearby, especially my toddler son.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour au chalet d'Isabel et de son conjoint. Le chalet est très bien, mais ce qui sort de l'ordinaire, c'est le superbe décor à l'arrière du chalet, avec son grand terrain et le lac privé! C'était toujours beau à voir, peu importe les conditions météo. Isabel a été une hôte attentionnée et réactive. Nous y retournerons assurément pour voir le décor et profiter du terrain lors des autres saisons.

Bonjour, très beau séjour, tout était tel que décrit, à quelques minutes de la station de ski Montcalm, je recommande!

Arthur was nice and communicated well during our stay. His apartment is described accurately and it was a comfortable stay. The place was clean and tidy. We felt ok coming and going from the apartment but the 2-3 blocks right around the apartment made us a little nervous and we were careful to avoid certain streets. There is a "lockbox" described for keys but Arthur met us at check in and check out to exchange keys (there was not a lockbox option). Also, the place states that smoking is allowed, so anyone that is sensitive to smoke should take note. We didn't smoke, and there was somehow smoke in the apartment sometimes, perhaps coming in from outside (we did not tell the host - it was mild and we didn't feel the need to bring it up). Overall, Arthur is a great host and really seems to want to people to have a good stay.

Jessy was great, super friendly, and super helpful ! The rental was clean and smelt amazing!
