This is a fully renovated studio nestled on the quiet hilltop. It's in a quiet & safe neighborhood. This is a back house and the host live in the front house. There are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets within a 5-10 mins drive. Most appliances are new. New 55" 4K smart TV and Central AC throughout the house. The house is gated with free street parking. The washer and dryer are free to use. It's about 14 miles to LA downtown, 22 miles to Universal Studio, and 26 miles to Disneyland resort.

This beautiful guest suite has abundant of natural sunlight. Ideally located for easy access to all areas of Los Angeles; 15 min drive to DTLA, 30 min LAX with light traffic. Walking distance to restaurants; (Italian, Japanese, Mexican, Starbucks, etc), the Montebello Golf Course, TOPGOLF & Country Club. Situated in a nice, quiet and safe Neighborhood. As featured in the pictures, the room comes with one queen sized bed, and one full sized bed. There is No TV in the room.
Adorable Hillside Cabin
Charming detached, private, Guest Cabin available in Boyle Heights/City Terrace/near freeways. It's 7 minutes to the Arts District in DTLA, and adjacent to USC Medical Ctr and Cal State LA. This is an autonomous space on a large hillside property. Wifi and cable! The cabin is already sparkling clean, but in addition I will adhere strictly to the sanitizing and safety guidelines provided by Airbnb and the CDC.
