Everything is within walking distance, shops, restaurants, Val d'Europe, RER A train station to take you to Disneyland in just one station (in 5 minutes) and Paris in 40 minutes. This large 36 m² studio has just been renovated, can accommodate 4 people, and offers all the comforts for a pleasant stay. A double bed with good bedding (160 x 200), a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people. Equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and toilet. A balcony. All in a modern style.

Charming 30 m2 studio is conveniently located for getting to Disneyland in just 13 minutes (10 min walk to the RER and 1 station from Disney). Its location is close to shops, bakery, restaurants and Val d'Europe shopping center is also a 10-minute walk away. As for the equipment of the apartment, you will sleep in a good 140 x 200 bedding and a comfortable sofa bed. Everything is done to ensure you have a pleasant stay, alone, as a couple, with friends or family.

At the bottom of our building, you will find : a bakery, a supermarket, a tobacco Shop, a children’s playground and numerous restaurants.
