Vacation rentals with beach access in Monthey District

Peaceful, modern apartment was perfect for us.

We had a really good time. Being musicians we are fond of Montreux, but we have visited other places like Gruyére (medieval) and I have to say that it is wonderful. Perfect apartment, everything as per manual. I allowed myself to degrease the kitchen stove because probably some people who rented before us had not cleaned well. We would have also vacuumed before we left, but unfortunately it didn't work... maybe it's just a little clogged. The only negative note is that we had to face it in the mood a little on the ground... being reduced from a family mourning that took us by surprise, we tried to arrange a refund with the host since it would not have been possible to leave in those conditions... we were even asked for the death certificate that confirmed what was stated... it is definitely not the host's fault, but we were very bad. Specful because it was not a whim, but a need. Everything else is very good.

Paola welcomed us with great kindness. We had a great weekend in his house, which was as advertised and had all the necessary equipment. Plus, Paola was always quick to respond to messages. Thanks again!!

We definitely found our home away from home when visiting family in Vevey! The place is in a excellent location right next to the lake, above beautiful restaurants yet far enough back that you have privacy even while sitting on the terrace, and the terrace is where you will love to be on sunny days. Hans is so pleasant to deal with and made checking in very easy and provided us with many tips of places to visit before we even arrived. A must to remember that we forgot to ask for beforehand, make sure to request the Montreaux Riviera travel card that Hans offers in your welcome instructions. We have had this in the past and it is wonderful as it offers free trips on the bus routes and discounts on the boats and entry into many museums and attractions.

Our stay at Gilles’ Airbnb was nothing short of spectacular. The location was beautiful, with a grocery store and a stunning waterfront just a short one- to two-minute walk away, making everything incredibly convenient. The home itself was spotless, offering an amazing view and a peaceful atmosphere that truly made us feel at home. Gilles provided a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils, which made cooking easy and eliminated the need to purchase any additional supplies. The coffee machine was a great touch, saving us from frequent café visits—though for those who prefer to grab a coffee out, a café is just a minute away. From the moment we requested the Airbnb, Gilles responded immediately, ensuring a seamless booking process. The space was warm, cozy, and even featured a lovely balcony that added to the overall charm. Our experience here was exceptional, and I highly recommend booking this location for your next stay. I will definitely be returning soon!

Very nice, large and bright apartment. Very well equipped kitchen. We had a great time with the family ( couple + 2 children 5 and 8 years old) Well located near Frience and the start of the slopes 2 Bathrooms and fireplace appreciated Very good communication with Petra Things to know: 3rd floor apartment without elevator access. Spiral bar staircase in the apartment (attention with small children)

Anthony’s place is clean and well located, and we enjoyed our weekend there. It has a great view and everything you need for a stay in Lausanne! Anthony is a responsive and helpful host who tried to be flexible around our flight delays. One thing to note if you have small children like us - the place is full of expensive musical equipment in reach of little fingers! Anthony was completely welcoming of our young family but still worth being aware of if you’ve got crawlers and grabbers around.

Our family enjoyed our 8 day stay. The area was central to many attractions. From the AirBNB, we took day trips to Lauterbrunnen area, Bern, Zermatt/Matterhorn, and Lyon in France. The winery is beautiful with great views of the lake and Alps. We enjoyed their Easter Brunch as well. Space was clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend!!!

We immediately felt at home. The house and the huge property exceed the description and the photos. Everything is there, everything works. The place is idyllic and quiet with beautiful views and a pleasant outdoor area, table and chairs in the shade of a tree, perfect for hot days. The home is ideal for people like us traveling with a big dog, because the property is completely fenced and offers outdoor space and shaded resting places. In a few minutes, you will be at the lake, where there are long beach walks. If you like, you can walk to the center of Lausanne. Our hosts were immediately available for any question, helpful and cordial. We would have liked to have stayed for longer and will definitely be back!

Carole is a warm and hospitable hostess as she flexibly scheduled an arrival time based on our air flight and welcomed us in person to show us our “home away from home.” Very convenient location in charming Lutry, situated on the shores of Lake Geneva. The 2nd floor of the home was spacious, private and very accommodating. Conveniently located with nearby bus stops, a market, and picturesque walkways along the lake. The overlooking balcony was our closing of most evening. Our sincere appreciation for your kindnesses.

Christine was a very communicative host and kind when I had to check in late. The functional studio is in a conveniently located location by the train station and had all the amenities I needed to stay for a few days. I would rent again when visiting the Lauvaux region!

Our recent stay at this beautifully renovated Airbnb left us enchanted by its unique blend of modern design and historic charm. The open space design spans two floors, maximizing natural light and showcasing the stunning views of Lake Geneva. The loft boasts one bedroom, one bathroom, and a spacious living area perfect for relaxation or socializing. The highlight of the space is undoubtedly the Master Bedroom, accessible via a captivating glass staircase. This sanctuary offers a tranquil retreat, with plush furnishings and thoughtful touches ensuring a restful night's sleep. During my time at the loft, I appreciated the hosts' commitment to hospitality and genuine connection. Their passion for meeting people from all walks of life was evident, and I thoroughly enjoyed engaging in conversations and sharing travel stories.

We absolutely loved our stay here, it was even better than it looks in the photos! The large terrace was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view (the proximity of the train line was not an issue at all). The apartment itself was very well equipped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Xavier was very responsive with messaging and helped with local recommendations tailored to our family (plus the Rivera card for free local travel came in very handy!) We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely return if we are in the area again.

A wonderful stay. All as expected and a responsive and responsible host. Would also recommend parking at the train station if you need to leave the car in one place for a 24 hours!

The third floor studio is in an old stone building overlooking a small harbor on Lake Geneva with mountains on the other side. The studio is simple, well-appointed, comfortable, and has a nice balcony. La Tour de la Peilz is within walking distance of Vevey along the lake. The town was charming and our place was so quiet. It was a great home base for visiting family in the region.

Estela is an excellent host!!. She always responded to our questions - how to get to the place. When she arrived, she welcomed us, showed, prepared brochures, a map. She left us a small host in the fridge - water butter marmalade bread. We'd love to stay here on our next visit. The accommodation is in a very nice and quiet environment of Clarens. Bus stop of line 201 is 3 minutes from the accommodation. In the center of Montreux you are within 5 minutes.

Like the place and I recommend any visitor to Lausanne to stay in it

We enjoyed our stay at the eagle‘s nest very much! The apartment is cozy and the view is stunning! It has the perfect size for 2 people, there is everything you need and the bed was very comfortable. Paul‘s a nice host and always responded to our questions and wishes. As mentioned the bathroom height is quite low, so you have to sit in the bathtub while showering. There might be other guests in the house you will be sharing the garden with.

Great place with an stunning view and setting. I really enjoyed the village location and the proximity of the train station and highway. The vineyards around are sooo beautiful and there is so much to do around! The apartment is super spacious and for four of us offered a lot of room. Would love to stay there again.
