Accommodations for up to 5 people. Private Entrance. Two bedrooms - both with queen beds, 1 full bath to share. A mini kitchenette is available with fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee-maker. The sitting room features a single bed, cable tv, and wireless internet. Please note - we have two VERY friendly dogs on premises.

Upstairs studio Located on lamoka lake which comes with access to fishing, kayaking, weight room and a paddle boat. This is located directly behind the owners residence. A fire pit is provided along with firewood. Grill is provided on the porch overlooking the channel. Netflix, Hulu, smart tv, provided. The porch is covered; includes a table, chairs and overlooks the lake. The studio is close proximity to Watkins, hammondsport, and corning. Your stay includes a kayak and paddle boat.

Couch and beds were so comfy, kitchen had all basic necessities, and plenty of space in the studio to hang out. The paddleboat was a lovely day out to enjoy some wine and cheese on the peaceful water! Kevin and Caryn were responsive and so kind - they even lent me some sugar to bake my boyfriends birthday pie. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone!”
Nestled in between the lakes this cozy, comfortable cabin with all the amenities of home is located 10 miles from Watkins Glen, Hammondsport, Dundee and Sovona. A public boat launch to Lamoka and Waneta Lakes just 2 miles away. Located in the heart of the Finger Lakes there is so much to do hiking, kayaking, boating/fishing, to the numerous "trails" to include cheese, beer and wine as well as plenty of events and festivals to enjoy.
What guests are saying:“The location is pretty nice. Approximately a ten-fifteen minute drive to Watkins Glen and we found it to be centrally located to many of the Finger Lakes Wineries. Sugar Hill State Forest is also less than ten minutes away. In many of the places we've previously stayed at the furniture is functional at best. Usually the couch is hard and stiff, maybe there aren't many blankets, the bed is uncomfortable, and there's usually a smaller or lower budget TV but this was absolutely not the case with Darlene's house. It was great to have a comfortable space to relax and plenty of room for our daughter to roam around. The TV was great quality and many kitchen amenities were included as well. I definitely plan on staying with Darlene again as there is plenty to do in the area.”
