Located away from the hustle and bustle of town for a peaceful stay, but still only 3 miles from downtown Montrose for convenience and just south of town for easy access to Ridgway (26 min), Ouray (38 min) and Telluride (1hr 17 min). Modern vaulted 2 Bed Apartment, with separate living and work areas. High ceiling, comfortable. We have had a guest that has stayed in all of our units for several weeks each and this was her favorite. Excellent downtown location, walk to Brewery, Sushi, Pizza, Yoga, Downtown shopping.
