From the window of the upper floor of the renovated barn, which is located next to our farm, you have a view of the Cabauwse mill, and if you are lucky the stork will be brooding across the street. Aan de Kaai is in (Cabauw/Lopik), on the border of the provinces of Utrecht and Zuid Holland. In the middle of the Groene Hart of the Utrecht Waarden and the Krimpenerwaard.

Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

In de woonkamer staat een heerlijke bank met uitzicht op de weilanden en de schaapjes. De keuken heeft alle apparaten die u maar kunt bedenken. De vakantiewoning heeft een eigen ingang, parkeerplaats voor 1 auto voor de deur. Door onze comfortabele slaapbank in de woonkamer kunt u makkelijk met 4 volwassenen of als gezin met 2 kinderen bij ons overnachten.
