Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäckereien, Cafés, Restaurants und eine Apotheke sind in direkter Nähe. Das Haus ist in zwei Hälften (A- und M-Seite) aufgeteilt. Jede Hälfte hat einen separaten Eingang, über den man eine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss und eine im 1. Obergeschoss erreicht. Für jede Wohnung steht ein Pkw-Stellplatz direkt am Haus bereit.
