Woodbine Estate Est 1868, is one of the first settlements in the Regans Ford area and one of only two original Homesteads still standing on the Moore River. The Homestead has the restored original mud brick kitchen, lounge and master bedroom with a more modern extension of additional bedrooms, bathrooms laundry, study & family room. The surrounding property is filled with native birds and wildlife which can be observed relaxing on the large front verandah with panoramic views of the forrest.
“We had a great time at Henriks's house. It was rustic but very comfortable - the wood burner was amazing and our 3 year old loved it! There was so much room to run around outside and lots of muddy puddles to jump in, we thoroughly enjoyed walking around the property, building a teepee out of branches, climbing trees and using the tree swing. The view was beautiful and the bird's singing was lovely. The property is pretty remote and there is not a big supermarket nearby so it's worth stocking up before you go for your stay. There is an IGA in Gingin but it's quite limited. There is no bath which was a shame for me but a deep shower tray which was a good alternative for our boy to wash off all the mud.”
