The Hayloft- Apartment with Mountain View

The Hayloft is a renovated hay barn loft once used by an Alaskan pack hunting guide. It was later converted to an adorable loft style apartment. With nearby hiking in the Chugach National Forest or fishing on the Upper Kenai, the loft is the perfect jumping off point for a variety of adventures on the Kenai Peninsula. You will feel right at home in this charming and cozy apartment perfect for a small family or group of friends. We have added Starlink internet service for great WiFi speeds!

Cozy Alaska yurt - Full bathroom

Experience the Alaska lifestyle in our cozy, ON-grid yurt. Nestled a short walk up the hillside, you'll be serenaded by squirrels and can watch the trees rustling overhead from your new firm memory foam bed. Far from "roughing it", this yurt has all the amenities: hot and cold running (drinkable) water, electricity, a full kitchen and a shower. There is a composting toilet inside the yurt, but if you'd like to stick to a "normal" toilet, there is also a shared restroom near the parking area.

In your own private cabin, indulge in the beauty of the river life surrounded by towering mountains, Bald Eagles, Sockeye and Silver Salmon, Rainbow Trout, the occasional bear, moose and mountain goat, and the commonly seen rafts and drift boats floating by. In this area, you will enjoy fishing, kayaking, drifting, hiking, mountain biking, or just relaxing enjoying the view by an indoor or outdoor fire.

Discover the charm and comfort of Spruce Bear Cabin, a newly built, custom-designed getaway completed in May 2025 by its owners, Marques and Teal. The cabin features unique finishes throughout, including wood trim milled from trees found right on the property. Set on 10 private acres just outside Moose Pass, the cabin offers mountain views from every window. Keep an eye out for black bears and mountain goats, often seen roaming the surrounding mountainside during the summer.
