The cottage is small but can accommodate a bathroom with shower & underfloor heating as well as kitchenette. Bunk bed & 2 sofa beds with a total of 4 beds that can be made up. The accommodation is a separate guest area in the house with its own entrance. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with a bunk bed, kitchen area and seating area. In the bathroom, there is a toilet, shower and washing machine. A large balcony faces the lake, with seating under a pergola, and guests have their own access to the entire balcony. Possibility to borrow a rowboat and life jackets. Towels and sheets are not included, but are available to rent for SEK 150/set. Cleaning is not included in the accommodation.

Nicely located guest house that suits the small family. There are close proximity to many Sights around Siljan. Built 2017. Living room with kitchen. The bed is 120 cm at the bottom and 80 cm at the top. Sofa bed 120 cm with extra bed mattress. Sheets and towels are available to rent for SEK 75 per person! Bathroom with shower/floor heating. Free Wifi, TV with Netflix. Final cleaning is done by you as a guest but can be purchased for 500 kr. Dogs welcome, but please let us know before then we have our own dog. Warm welcome to Nusnäs!

The proximity to Tällberg provides a wide range of restaurants, spa and cultural experiences as well as hiking trails, skiing and ice skating. The nearest swimming area is at Tällbergs Camping or at Laknäs Ångbåtsbrygga. Nearby the house goes the Vasaloppet track where you can run, bike or ski. Start of Tjejvasan, located only 2 km away from the house. It is easy to get to ski resorts in Grönklitt and Sälen. Pleasant both summer and winter! The house is newly built in a mountain style with all mod cons. Towels and bed sheets are included. Hot tub and EV charger is paid separately.

The space between the floors is not isolated. 2.2 km to beautiful swimming area and 2.5 km to the island's well stocked grocery store. In the immediate area there is beautiful nature and fields with sheep and horses. In the neighboring village of Gesunda you will find Tomteland and a mountain for skiing! Sollerön is located about 17 km from Mora.
