Perfect accommodation for big families and company with an interest in biking, skiing and the outdoors. Well-equipped kitchen with wood stove & communal areas outside and inside. Large bathroom with sauna and view. Doesn't fit dog allergies.

The accommodation is a separate guest area in the house with its own entrance. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with a bunk bed, kitchen area and seating area. In the bathroom, there is a toilet, shower and washing machine. A large balcony faces the lake, with seating under a pergola, and guests have their own access to the entire balcony. Possibility to borrow a rowboat and life jackets. Towels and sheets are not included, but are available to rent for SEK 150/set. Cleaning is not included in the accommodation.

From Lundgården, you can reach many of Dalarna's top tourist destinations within an hour, such as Carl Larsson-gården, Zorngården, Tomteland, Leksand sommarland and Dalhalla. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that sounds from the nearby gym may be heard in one of the bedrooms. Free gym for you as a tenant. Welcome to a newly built (2021 with 2 apartments), charming house between Mora and Orsa with a high standard for the whole family with regular pets or for BUSINESS in the heart of Dalarna. Wonderful views of Lake Orsas and the blue mountains. Amid nature, close to swimming, skiing experiences and adventures. Now the spa department is ready for use. The price is not included in the regular house rental. Although the house is located in nice and quiet area, it is only 5 minutes to the hospital and 8 minutes to shopping center.

The cottage is located on the beach of Siljan. Possibility of forest walks, swimming, skiing, berry picking or just relaxing. Quiet, child-friendly and only one neighbor. There is a swimming jetty/floating jetty down by the boat shed. 10 km to Mora and 30 km to Rättvik. To Nusnäs, the valley horse production, it is about 4 km. It takes about 30 minutes by car to Orsa Grönklitt. The cottage has a wonderful porch where you can sit and eat and enjoy the view. BBQ available. The hygiene space is in a separate cabin.

This is the perfect starting point for your excursions. Bed linen and towels are provided, and electric car charging is available.

The cottage is located on our own plot (5,000 sqm) in the nice village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The bed is made and clean towels are provided when you arrive, it's easy to enjoy yourself here! The village is located along Siljan, by car it takes 4 minutes to Leksand Sommarland, 8 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg.
