The main residence has 2 bedrooms (sleeping 4) and a separate guesthouse with 2 additional sleeping spaces—ideal for friends or family who want a bit more privacy. The garden with seating, terrace and private pool offers plenty of peace and quiet. Moraira and Jávea are 10 to 15 minutes by car.
