Vacation rentals with beach access in City of Moreton Bay

We had such a great weekend away in this apartment! It was perfect for the two of us and had everything we needed. Great location, close to beach, restaurants and cafes! Would definitely stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah-Jane's apartment in Golden Bay, Caloundra. Our group of five spanned three generations, and this spacious three-bedroom apartment suited us perfectly. The moment we walked in, we felt relaxed and at home. The apartment is light, airy, and beautifully maintained. The beds were very comfortable, with crisp, quality linen. The master bedroom was a highlight, with a spa bath ensuite and generous walk-in wardrobe. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the open-plan kitchen/lounge area was spacious and comfortable. The large deck overlooking Golden Bay was a pretty sensational place to have breakfast The location is ideal—just 50 metres from the water and a short walk to shops. The building had a lovely, friendly vibe. One day, when my 84-year-old dad got turned around, some kind residents helped him out, which we really appreciated. Everything worked as expected, and Sarah-Jane was a great host. FIVE STARS

A Perfect Coastal Getaway We had an incredible stay at this beautiful apartment in Caloundra! The location is unbeatable – just a short stroll to the beach and town, making it easy to enjoy everything the Sunshine Coast has to offer. The view of the water from the apartment is stunning, and we loved relaxing on the spacious outdoor area, soaking it all in. The apartment itself is huge, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything we needed to feel completely at home. The kitchen is a standout – big, modern, and stocked with generous pantry and fridge supplies, plus a fantastic coffee machine that made mornings extra special. The little luxuries really made a difference, from the dimmed lights creating a cozy ambiance to the large TV and king lounge suite perfect for unwinding. Such a gem of a last minute find. Sheri was SO on the ball - I'd think of a question and she'd already sent a response, really thoughtful and considerate and accommodated us at the last minute on a holiday weekend. The location is perfect, sea views, peaceful and secluded. Can't recommend highly enough.

We had a wonderful 5 nights, at what our 3 year old daughter titled “our Australia house”. Very easy walking distance to the beach, local shops and cafes. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, including resealable containers which were perfect for taking snacks on our adventures. The area felt very safe, and having a lockable garage to use was an added bonus. Communication from Anne was fantastic. We are already talking about planning a trip back to Kings Beach!

Ross's place is tastefully appointed, with high quality linen and superb views. Walking distance to all local restaurants and bars, it was the perfect spot for a short stay. Ross gave us some recommendations for local eateries and was always responsive. We'd love to stay again.

Great place to stay and walk distance to everything. Kings Beach is amazing and have lots to do. Walk distance to Bulcock beach also. The place was very cozy and quiet. 5 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Communication was always on time, flexible check-in and check-out. We traveled as a family and could not asked for a better place. Highly recommended.

We had a pleasant stay at this accommodation, which is situated in a fantastic location. It’s within easy walking distance to the beach and surrounded by some beautiful walking trails, making it perfect for nature lovers and beachgoers alike. The host was incredibly friendly, making our check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The only downside we encountered was the additional charge for linen. Upon arrival, we had to put on all the bedsheets and pillowcases ourselves, which was a bit of an inconvenience after a long journey. It would have been more comfortable if the beds were prepared in advance. Overall, it was a good stay with a few minor drawbacks. We would recommend this place for its great location and friendly host, but future guests should be aware of the linen arrangement.

The house was clean and had everything you needed. Being able to have our fur baby with us was awesome. Once you parked the car you could walk to the waterfront and the shops which had a variety of restaurants.

We had a fantastic time Jacqui was very helpful with everything. Unfortunately we had to leave early and Jacqui was very accommodating with us leaving early. We will be back thanks for letting us stay at your place.

Wonderful Stay The stay was as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The check-in process was smooth, and we communicated well with the host. Missy’s house was the perfect weekend getaway, it was close to great cafes/restaurants/bars and a walk away to a pretty beach (even dog friendly!). Missy was also quick to respond to messages and very helpful throughout our stay. The house was in a quiet street, has a big backyard perfect for doggies and had lots of cute touches to it. We can’t wait to come back! :)

Lovely beach house in a quiet location overlooking Shelley Beach. Listing as described and David easy to communicate with. Quirky cafe 2 blocks away. Beautiful coastal walks particularly to Moffat Beach (and cafes). Loved the sun room overlooking the beach and sound of waves at night. Loved the 70's feel and history of the beach house. Definitely a peaceful haven in a beautiful location. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful long Easter weekend. The house is perfect. Everything was as described. The yard was excellent for our little Schnauzer. A very special spot - thank you Carol.

Great location in Kings Beach, short 3 min stroll to main beach and cafes. Unit is very well appointed with modern appliances which would make a longer stay very convenient, particularly the large fridge freezer. Bedrooms are nice with ceiling fans for cooling. Host is very responsive and and accommodating when possible eg early late check in. Parking on site is a little tight but we were able to park close by in public parks. Parking might be an issue if you are coming and going many times a day in peak periods. There are a few flights of stairs to negotiate up to the living area and then again for the bedrooms. Overall we felt is was excellent value and location for such short notice at this time of the year. Thank-you Maryloo.

Andres and Marian's place was incredible. we stayed for my Grandmothers funeral and the place was so homely that it made the emotional weekend so much easier for us. the communication with the host was great and they supplied so much. clean linen and the most comfortable couch in the AC to relax on after a hard day. I cannot think of anything to say other than we will be back! also the plants and cuttings around the unit made me feel at home ❤️ the kids loved the pool too!!!! and me... haha

It was our first vacation in Australia and we could not be happier with our choice! The apartment has everything we need, it is peaceful and cozy ( missing the sofa 😂 when you test you will understand what I am saying! ) the location is fantastic. Dorelle was always helpful and gave us lots of information to make our time there easy and enjoyable. We hope to be back to Dorelle’s beach house soon! ☀️ 🌸

Fantastic location and views from the deck. The resort staff are very accommodating. There are lots of activities available including electric bikes and scooters, tennis court, kayaks etc. We would definitely stay again.

Great location close to king's beach. Lovely unit neat and tidy and well apportioned. Piano was a hit.

The Condo was perfect for our coast getaway, quiet location with the most amazing views. The only noises were the waves crashing onto the rocks. We had easy access to Kings Beach and the start of the boardwalk and enjoyed watching the many ships pass by. The driveway and access to the undercover carpark was quite daunting at first, however, we did get better at navigating the best angle to take on the steepness in our small car. We found the room to be exactly as described and as per the listing photos. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay! This cosy little flat was perfectly situated for our beach getaway. It was cool and quiet and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfy, we had great sleeps. Access to the washing machine meant we could travel home with clean clothes! Vanessa was always right on hand if we needed anything and made us feel very welcome.
