Vacation rentals with breakfast in Morgan County

The house was perfect! We were entertaining clients for the Masters, and we loved that everyone had their own space. The family room and kitchen area on the main floor were so spacious and there was plenty of room for everyone. The views from the main deck and upper deck area were fantastic - just as pictured. We will definitely book here again!

I hope we can return to Cat’s place-it’s charming, warm, unique, fun, well appointed, funky, and the perfect backdrop for a weekend away with our kids for my oldest son’s Parents’ Weekend. Cat is an amazing host-so kind and welcoming, with games and books and notes all over to make sure everyone is comfortable! Beds are super cozy and the linens are soft and cozy. Located on a quiet street about a mile from Athens, it’s a straight shot into town. Highly recommend this cool farmhouse!

Charlyne was the consummate professional. She was very responsive and made sure that we had everything we needed. Her home is beautiful, immaculately decorated and located in a quiet and peaceful community. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. If I ever needed to rent an Airbnb property again, her home will be first on my list

Lee Anne’s house was wonderful, provided us with exactly what we needed. Safe, Peaceful, open, and just a great spot to stay. Enjoyed walks around the peaceful neighborhood (neighbors are very friendly), ran past cows, and conveniently located near Athens for a game weekend! Go Dawgs! Lee Anne is on top of it, and is a great host! Highly recommend!

Had a great stay for graduation weekend. Nan’s home is beautiful and charming. Walking distance to many convenient amenities and easy to get to anything in Athens. Would highly recommend!

Oh my gosh, such a cute place, Lynn was so helpful in giving us suggestions on where to eat and things to do. Their place was just what we wanted, super cozy and all they provided all the little country touches, she even provided creamers and snacks. The property was lovely, wished we had had more time to explore... this was the perfect stay and location for us, we came for the football game and is was a short drive there. Thank you Lynn for making this such a great experience for us... Go DAWGS!!

Perfect location for Parents weekend. We were able to walk to all restaurants and venue locations downtown. Even though it's downtown, it was very quiet and unable to hear the otherwise noisy downtown in Athens!

My daughter and I spent a long weekend in Athens visiting UGA – Alex‘s home was absolutely beautiful. The furnishings were great, very spacious, super comfortable and good size kitchen. Alex was particularly guest focused and a delight to work with. My flight was delayed miserably, and Alex provided a little sunshine by having coffee and filters DoorDash to the place. I’ll be staying here again.

Staying at Susan’s has become an annual “mother - daughter” weekend tradition. The location in the heart of Five Points can’t be beat. Fabulous restaurants, coffee, and bakery steps from the front door. The unit is clean, bed comfortable, great water pressure in the shower. Snacks and water in the kitchenette. Everything you need for a weekend. Fortunately, I have another daughter attending UGA in the fall so I will be able to continue staying at this little gem!

Very cute nice private basement apartment. Awesome surroundings with creek and canoes etc. awesomeness to the max. The room temp was too low when we got there… but it took a lot of cuddling over the first night (very fun I have to say). It took an intervention by the host the next day who added a small space heater to help the room make it to our desired temp. The bed was amazing and the host communicated well too and quickly helped correcting the temp issue. Thank you!

We only stayed for one night and had great time. The house is cozy, and the farm with the animals is absolutely lovely. We especially enjoyed the nature and the hot tub. John was very kind and hospitable, and communication was seamless. We would definitely love to come back! Thank you, John!

WONDERFUL stay!! We had the BEST time, and so appreciate John's hospitality... what a beautiful spot to land and connect with our college aged daughter. Absolutely LOVED walking around the grounds, especially the farm and appreciated the cozy and clean accommodations!! Thanks y'all we hope to visit again!!

The Brady Inn was the most lovely bed and breakfast to stay in. My only regret was I wanted more time to stay there! Gorgeous, safe, and a delicious breakfast. Dot is a gem and we can't wait to go back soon! Highly recommend.

This home was beautiful! The Inn Keeper, Amy, was so welcoming and sweet! The place was clean and gorgeous! The breakfast was amazing! I will say, the photos on AirBnB were not updated and there was a different bed frame in the Breakfast at Tiffany’s room but still very comfy! I would definitely book another stay here! ❤️

Excellent stay, very nice farm location, lots of beautiful and friendly animals, and even fresh chicken eggs for sale!

This inn is beautiful and charming. The beds are so comfortable, it’s very clean and the gardens outside are lovely. The hosts are so welcoming, it felt like home! Breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend a stay here!
