Mina was super responsive. There was a minor mechanical issue and she was offer resolutions immediately.

We’ve had a big group stay in Paden’s property for a reunion and it was exactly what we needed. Spacious, clean, and has everything we needed. He was flexible with check in and very communicative when it comes to our requests and inquiries. We have no complaints.

My husband and I came here for our 5th wedding anniversary and it was exactly what we needed! It was private, peaceful, relaxing, and beautiful! We loved all of the added touches, we felt at home and didn’t want to leave! We enjoyed the amazing scenery surrounding the property. We felt welcomed when we walked in to hear relaxing music playing, refreshing essential oil scents, and colorful lights and lamps that created a calming ambiance. I enjoyed trying out a variety of different teas that were provided, the bed was so comfortable that we even felt inclined to take a midday nap. We will definitely be returning for future trips!

Nate was VERY accommodating to my family gathering for our "Christmas" in January. The place was great - wonderful kitchen and open areas for people to gather & not be on top of each other. Yard & decks are a dream. The hot tub was awesome! As a host, Nate responded to an emergencies inc the water not working & got it fixed right away. I wasn't expecting perfection but I was disappointed in the cleaning staff. There was a rotten mop bucket and wet laundry in the washer when we got there. The floors were dirty with small pebbles (probably from driveway) & you aren't supposed to wear shoes in the house. Thank goodness I handed out slippers for gifts! Dog hair under couches. The master shower had slime from buildup which was gross to get into, but the 8 sprayers and spacious shower (& bathroom) was awesome. Detail & elbow grease would be appreciate! There were lots of "in case you forgot" items which was appreciated when the teenager forgot deodorant!

Wendy’s place was perfect for us for a month of skiing in the lovely Ogden Valley. Her home is warm and generously outfitted. It is not sterile and perfunctory like some places, but amply supplied with all we needed. In fact, before we arrived Wendy asked if there was anything we might need. I often take an immersion blender with me when I travel, to make soup. So I asked if Wendy had one and she reported, no, but she would get one. This was so thoughtful and generous. Wendy was also very responsive to texts about any procedures such as trash and snow removal. We would be thrilled to return to Wendy’s place in winter or in summer. I highly recommend Wendy’s home.

This was a good place for a short stay and a few people. It is an older home, probably built in the 1940s and the original drawers in the kitchen have a bit of an oder. But other than that, it seemed really clean for being at such an old house. In a way it was kind of fun because it made you feel like you were visiting your grandmother‘s home. The best things where they had nice towels and sheets, and the beds were really comfortable. And the living room had plenty of seating. Cons: No fan in the bathroom, and it was difficult (for me because I’m short) to plug in a hairdryer or curling iron because the only outlet was up above the mirror next to the lights. But for the price it was reasonable. And always had a quick response from the property manager when needed. The neighbors were also very friendly. I would stay there again if it was just two or three people. Would be difficult with a bigger group with just one bathroom.

The house was great! It was well set-up, the sauna was awesome, and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was also great - it was a quiet street about 15 minutes from Powder Mountain. The host was communicative and check-in was easy. If you're skiing, just note that you don't have access to the garage, so everyone's skis and snowboard were a bit in the way. I travel for work for about 12 weeks at a time, and absolutely loved staying here for a long weekend! My husband and I & the two teammates we travel with had so much space to ourselves. The Foxtrot was super spacious and clean & had beautiful views of the snowy mountains right outside. They even provided enough kitchen appliances for us to make homemade meals. We also loved getting to use the pickleball courts right out front. One of my favorite places I’ve stayed in all my travels! 10/10

Loved our stay! It was really nice having the garage. I will mention, the wifi internet was quite spotty. We spent this trip unplugging from technology, so it wasn't that big of an issue for us. The home was super clean and new, I'll definitely look to see if this home is available the next time I plan a trip to the area!

Wonderful place to stay, just outside of Layton where we were visiting family. Did not mind the short, picturesque drive at all. Home was clean, except for some of the pots and pans. Be prepared for lots of stairs. We had four individuals of four different generations, including an 87 year old great-grandpa. While we were able to use the first floor (entry level) bath and bedroom for him, he still had to climb a tall staircase to get to the living area. The most accessible bathroom (walk in shower) is located on the third floor, with the other two bedrooms. Fortunately, we had a very helpful 8 yr old to help haul luggage up and down. All beds and cupboards are designed for tall people! They do have a step stool in the kitchen, but we had to purchase stools to climb into the beds. To be fair, this seems to be the trend in hotel rooms as well. Bummer for those of us closer to 5' than 6'. Any other issues we encountered were handled very promptly. Communication was excellent throughout.

This home is so clean, well cared for, and perfect for our family vacation. The location is great- 10 minutes from Pineview dam launch. Also the communication and instructions were very detailed and accurate. The pictures depict what you are getting from this nice mountain getaway.

Our stay here was wonderful! The owners have made some upgrades, so things are slightly different than the pictures, but better. The only negative thing I have to say is they skipped on some daily luxuries (singly ply paper towels and toilet paper).

This cabin was awesome! It was spotless when we arrived and the pellet stove was already keeping the cabin warm after a snowy drive in. The kitchen had everything we needed to make everything we brought. The atmosphere of the cabin is very relaxing and peaceful. Plenty of room to cook and eat meals, play board games or sit by the pellet stove and watch movies! We can’t wait to come back in the warmer months to experience it!

We have stayed at various properties along the same beautiful street (overlooking Eden Valley) every ski week for 15 years. Jeff's place was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. The check in/out process was crystal clear and easy, which is very much appreciated. I appreciated the detailed overview of TVs, WiFi, contact numbers etc. We had a wonderful time!

This is a beautiful place. Nice and private with easy access and nice outdoor seating area. Close to Park City (10 miles), but out in the country away from the hustle and bustle. Big kitchen with big living room - very nice.

Beautiful, well kept home. So comfortable and inviting. My husband and I, and my daughter, son in law and their doggo. Absolutely would recommend. Tessa and her Husband were so easy going and so friendly. thank you so much for a lovely stay!

This cabin and location was a perfect get away from the city in the mountains. Super cozy and very clean with comfortable beds. The public hiking trails right out the back door were amazing. We will surely be back to visit again!

Loved staying in the mini dome while driving cross country with my pup! East to get to, felt safe and close to nature. Really enjoyed the stove controlled by the thermostat so it was cozy, effortless and warm. The little loft was cute too! Would recommend.

Absolutely! Here's another variation: Peaceful and picturesque. This cabin by the river was everything we needed for a relaxing escape. Our dogs loved running around and looking into the river for the ducks. My family and I had the perfect scenery of the mountains while barbecuing and enjoying our meals! Morning cup of hot chocolate by the water, evenings by the fire were just perfect! Already dreaming of our next trip back.
