Vacation rentals with a sauna in Morinj

Zorans place was a fantastic few days for us in Kotor. The apartment is decorated amazingly well with accent and mood lighting make it extremely modern almost futuristic. The location could not have been better as it was just a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants and the old city. The bed was super comfortable although the bedroom was quite bright in the morning due to black out blinds only being on one window. The car park was easy to park and to get in and out of to do day trips such as to the cable car. Inside the apartment was very comfortable with good A/C and the sauna was an incredible addition. The main problem we had was finding the place and navigating the one way system and picking the correct entrance - so we actually had to do a few laps and contact the host when we were lost. Once we knew where it was it was very easy to get in and out again. We would 100% want to stay there again though as the location is incredible.

My family and I enjoyed our time in Montenegro very much. The place and the view from the pool was just amazing beautiful. Clean place very well maintained. Really thank you for everything Robert and his assistant Desa very responsive polite pleasant kind. We'll be back as soon as the opportunity arises again.

A great flat with everything you need. Lovely views and great location. The air conditioning was lovely and the washing machine very useful. We loved the pool and walked down to the great beach several times. Supermarket and restaurant at the bottom of the hill. Great communication too. Would definitely stay again, we had a lovely week.

This place definitely made our vacation memorable! Very spacy apartment, AC, fans, everything we needed.... Still the best about this place is the 24/24 access to an amazing pool with an amazing view. We had private parking place, that was very important for us. Walkable shops and restaurants nearby. We loved our stay at the IVIL apartment and highly recommend it. The place is as described in the listing and photos, close to Becici beach and shops. The apt. is spacious, with two bathrooms, a large sitting area, a well-equipped kitchen, and beautiful views from both balconies. There is an access to a swimming pool, sauna, and small gym, plus a dedicated parking space in the garage, which is a nice bonus. The keyless entry system is also very convenient, as the host provides all the codes to access both the building and the apartment (you don't have to worry about late check-in, forgetting or losing the keys). As for Filip, he is a fantastic host, who is very responsive and always happy to help. Overall, we had a really good time here. We would happily stay again in the future and recommend to others, as it’s a spacious and very comfortable place. Thank you, Filip, for your hospitality!

It was a good apartment, comfortable, and looks stylish. The apartment had everything you need. Check-in and check-out were easy. It's located on a hill, so walking or with a stroller might be inconvenient. It's better if you have a car. There was always a free parking space in front of the house. There is a small shop nearby. You need to get to the supermarket by taxi or car.

The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a Dolce Gusto coffee maker. An unmentioned highlight is the direct view of the picturesque Adriatic island of St. Stefan, a fishing village from the 15th century. The view of the majestic Lovćen Mountains is also impressive. The perfect location opens up a breathtaking view of the sea and the bay. Even in bad weather, there is plenty to enjoy: a beautiful swimming pool and a spa area with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi invite you to relax. The well-equipped gym completes the offer. Due to the steep topography, it is recommended to rent a vehicle. The friendly staff of the complex will be happy to assist you with any concerns. Absolutely recommended!

Me and my fiance stayed at Sebastian's apartment for 2 months and we absolutely loved every day of our stay. The apartment looks exactly as it does in the images and the view/balcony is incredible. Only a 10 min walk to the beach and multiple other beaches in walking distance. Having the facilities included was amazing, we must have used the spa nearly every night during our stay. Communication from Sebastian and Angela was excellent throughout our stay and they provided a lot of recommendations for things to do. Can't say enough positive things! highly recommend.

Gordana is very nice host! She's welcoming, warm, supporting. Appartments were clean, well-kept, air conditioning was enabled when we arrived, cold drinks were waiting for us in the fridge. Gordana left the keys from her garden where we could enjoy morning coffee. There are shops, fast food and parking nearby. An option for check-in is available, Gordana can leave the key in the box.

This place is better than the photos, would highly recommend. We got away without a car (taxis from Kotor are about 12 euros). Thanks Ron and Ljubo for a great stay!

Very spacious house, nice pool, grillplace, sauna, table tennis make the place great.The house is older with visible marks of time, smell of sewage in the bathrooms ,wi-fi was dropping out were the stains on otherwise very pleasant holiday.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house surrounded by nature. The road from the main highway to the property is about 3 km — it's winding but well-paved, so driving was no problem. A hiking trail starts right behind the house, which was a wonderful bonus for nature lovers. Overall, everything was great. Just a small note: during colder months, the house can feel a bit chilly. Each room has an air conditioner, but heating such a large space takes some time. The host was extremely responsive and answered all our questions immediately, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed the peaceful setting and would happily stay here again!
