Sublime riad in the medina. A hidden door leads us into this establishment. It's breathtaking, a haven of peace in the middle of the souk. Perfect location and close to everything, 5-star service, an unforgettable stay for my wife's 40th birthday. There were 15 of us, suites each more beautiful than the last. I advise everyone to have the couscous prepared by Aziz's staff. A big thank you to you Aziz, for this unforgettable stay.

If you are looking for a place to stay in the Marrakech Medina this is it. Beautifully appointed over four levels with 5 en suite bedrooms spa and 2 mini pools and roof top views this home was absolutely fantastic. Great for our family to come together for a wedding and experience the hustle and bustle of the Medina and the peace of the Riad. Hassan and Malouda took care of all our questions, taxis, washing and cooked us an amazing tagine meal. Truly spectacular

Very beautiful Riad, pleasant to live in for a relaxing stay away from noise and yet in the heart of the medina. Matthieu is a proactive host, very attentive. He answered any questions we had and shared his knowledge of the city with his recommendations of things to see, do or taste. Everything was organized from scratch for our arrival (pick up from the airport to the Riad). Now the cherry on the cake: FATIMA. This woman is a gem. Always available, caring for residents, extremely kind, gentle, generous and caring, she radiates in her kitchen. Its small dishes are just excellent and very hearty (even breakfast is pantagruleic). In addition, she did not hesitate to take her time to accompany us in the souks and recommend where to buy something. And at the same time so discreet when she's there.

Spacious, clean and very well-equipped apartment. We did not use the kitchen but it is very large and seems to be well equipped. Very comfortable bedding. I know it doesn't happen much in Morocco but a small curtain for the shower would be a real plus. The apartment is very well located, close to the main axes of Marrakech, Medina within walking distance, horse-drawn carriage rides next door. Private parking space in the basement of the residence. Small convenience store downstairs from the building, neighborhood with lots of restaurants. The only small downside for me but that won't stop us from coming back: - apartment on the 4th and terrace on the 6th, you have to take the elevator to get there, so you can't go in a simple swimsuit, you have to dress since you cross common areas. Philippe and Nissrine are very responsive and have good advice, thank you very much to you both!

We love everything with Yves, super recommended, and the person who was with us Aziza was super friendly and friendly, I recommend a lot of them everything is beautiful, clean and the location is incredible.

We had an amazing trip to Marrakech. Saïd ensured all communication was clear and arranged airport transfers. When we arrived we were greeted by Adam who provided all the info we needed. Aude was on hand by message to arrange excursions (dromedary ride and dinner in the desert) plus a guided tour of the Medina with a very knowledgeable guide (well worth it if you are interested in local history). The beds are comfortable and we had breakfast made by Aude twice (our choice to have twice out). Great meals at Villa Aaron and Dardar. Marrakech is full of sights, sounds, smells and experience. The people are so welcoming. You get used to the busy streets and it feels very safe. Haggle in the souk for souvenirs to take home and remember this beautiful place.

Faysal’s place was super clean and very beautiful. Loved all the details of the place. Faysal was super communicative + checking in was easy - he made sure to greet us in person and walk us around to see the rooftop. He was also super helpful by setting up transportation to the airport and hot air balloon excursion for us! The local cat Juliette is the sweetest too, definitely made the stay so memorable!

If you’re not Moroccan, or have not spent much time in the country, be ready for a unique experience. It’s as riad as it gets with all its quirkiness - but all to yourself. It was an authentic experience for the two of us in our party. If getting lost in the alleys of fez intimidates you, this may not be the place for you. Jawad, the caretaker, is exceptionally attentive and helpful. Always ready not just with recommendations but also to walk you out if you need directions. Kitchen has all the appliances, wifi is surprisingly strong, hot water is aplenty. Bathroom situation is unique. The one full western-style bathroom is four flights up so beware of that. (There is a squatty potty on the ground level.) The rooftop terrace has nice open views.

Sadly we only had one night at Khalid's beautiful riad. Khalid was generous with his time welcoming us, answering every last question we had, arranging transportation to the airport and so much more. The accommodations are lovely, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We cannot wait to return. Next time it will certainly be for a longer stay. Thank you Khalid!

An exceptional stay in a villa perfect for families! The kids had a blast with the outdoor games and the small farmhouse added a magical touch to our stay. Quiet, clean, and perfectly suited for young and old alike. We'll be right back!

We had a great time at Laila's place. She was very responsive and kind. The Riad is even better than the photos. Very large, very clean, well maintained, and in the detail of the finishes which is not common in Morocco. Tastefully decorated, the terrace is lovely. The accommodation is 5min walk from the Souk, and 2min from small local shops and restaurants. The location is much more local and less touristy than the edge of the ocean, which is very expensive and dirty. We 100% recommend the Riad de Laila, you can book without second thought!

Small inconveniences perfectly accepted due to the situation and the very attractive price. Apartment absolutely as advertised with good surprises (quality bedding, cleanliness, safety). And most importantly, we were extremely well received (tea and pastries), guided and accompanied (in the city) with extreme kindness. Very good breakfast prepared by the hostess. Warm, caring, and generous hosts. A big thank you! We recommend with objectivity and pleasure. 😊

We had a lovely stay at Anne-Marie's. The accommodation is independent of the house, a little dark but not inconvenient because we were only there in the evening. Anne-Marie is very friendly and welcoming, inviting us several times to have a coffee on her terrace. Perfect place for 2 or 3. Despite the situation in the Medina, from 11pm the neighborhood is quiet (rental at the end of April). Anne-Marie's place offers all the comforts you need. Very nice.

We had a great stay!! It was easy to message and get help from Fatiha- with airport pick up, restaurant and local info we really appreciated it!! The house is much bigger than we expected from the photos and our big group had plenty of space! The pool was a great hit with the kids and we were sad to leave.

A very large and well furnished villa with many rooms and a large common space.. the landlord is a very friendly and accommodating man who is also at your side at any time.

What a lovely week we spent in Adbou's beautiful villa! The pool and garden area are even more beautiful than the photos. We went with our 3 children (1, 4,5) and they all loved the villa. It especially worked well on the hotter days (27+) as the cold water pool was really refreshing, and the villa stays very cool inside. We needed to do quite alot of super market trips into Marrakech as there really isn't any other local shops- so definitely worth getting a rental car as it's a 30, sometimes 40 minutes trip each way. Abdou and his wife cooked me and my husband a meal on one of the nights which was a real treat. The garden is so beautifully kept and very private, with eating areas etc so we spent most of our time out there. Inside the kitchen had everything we needed (although I struggled with the drip coffee machine!) and showers get nice and hot. WiFi comes in and out but worked well most days. I hope we will be able to come back again!

Incredible property with airy architecture and a commanding view of the ocean and epic sunsets. The perfect place to unwind. We'll be back!

My boyfriend and I stayed in Lelia's apartment for 3 nights while we explored Marrackeh. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. Lelia was an excellent host and gave us great recommendations. Mr. Hicham was an absolute gentleman and helped organise sim cards and car hire for us without hesitation. The location is fantastic. The coffee machine and fluffy towels were a huge hit😊 Would 100% recommend to friends and family♥️
