Riad vacation rentals in Morocco

This was one of our best AirBnB stays ever. The building is amazing, the location is excellent and the rooms are very comfortable. Ayoub was exceptionally helpful in making our stay comfortable and orienting us to our surroundings (it was our first visit to Marrakech). Breakfast was delicious, and there was plenty of space for our family (six people). Highly recommended.

Our stay was magnificent. Our hosts, including Abdou and Fatima, were extremely responsive, attentive to our every need, proactive in being helpful, and otherwise lovely people. The riad is a work of art, or masterpiece actually. It is impeccably clean. Don’t miss Abdou’s fabulous cooking. His dinner was delightful and our favorite meal. Many thanks!

We had a wonderful time with the family at this place. The riad is spacious, well equipped and perfectly located. Everything was clean and comfortable, which made our stay very enjoyable. Meriem was very welcoming and attentive, we felt right at home. We highly recommend this address for a stay with peace of mind!

Laurence was helpful and very kind even before arrival, recommending us and arranging the transfer from the airport to the Medina meeting point. He then welcomed us on the arrival of the transfer and took us on foot to the beautiful Riad which is located in the heart of downtown in a slightly hidden and quiet alley. It gave us a lot of information on places to go and things to do. Even during our stay Laurence always responded to our questions and requests. In short, a perfect Host and a beautiful place on three floors: ground floor with living room, kitchen bathroom, first floor with 2 bedrooms and bathroom, third floor with 1 bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace on 2 levels.

It is beautiful and perfectly matches what we were hoping for :) The location is really great The exchanges were fluid and pleasant and your recommendations were valuable. We really enjoyed Souad's cooking. Everything was delicious. A thought also for Abdelghani who was extremely kind and caring and had great tips. We're coming back with stars in our eyes!

Very good stay in Matthieu's Riad. We were there as a family. This was our 5th stay in Marrakech. Accommodation in accordance with the description and our expectations. Good thing: FATIMA...!! We found what we love in Morocco. Hospitality, kindness , availability and kindness thanks to Her. (we had read the previous reviews and confirm that we say them). Small area for improvement: A few small refreshments are probably to be expected (painting, jacuzzi) but nothing that prevents you from having a great stay. Go there without so much as a second thought!

A huge thank you for an unforgettable stay at the Riad! The place is beautiful, peaceful, tastefully decorated, and impeccably clean. Special mention to Pablo, our host, but also a big congratulations to Brahim at the reception, smiling and attentive. And what about Bouchra… great breakfast every morning, and dinner? Pure delight! An incredible, talented cook who delighted us from start to finish. We leave with stars full of eyes (and full belly)! Thanks again, you are at your best.

We had an amazing trip to Marrakech. Saïd ensured all communication was clear and arranged airport transfers. When we arrived we were greeted by Adam who provided all the info we needed. Aude was on hand by message to arrange excursions (dromedary ride and dinner in the desert) plus a guided tour of the Medina with a very knowledgeable guide (well worth it if you are interested in local history). The beds are comfortable and we had breakfast made by Aude twice (our choice to have twice out). Great meals at Villa Aaron and Dardar. Marrakech is full of sights, sounds, smells and experience. The people are so welcoming. You get used to the busy streets and it feels very safe. Haggle in the souk for souvenirs to take home and remember this beautiful place.

What a fabulous Riad. We were a group of 3 couples and had ample space and privacy. The terrace at the top with the plunge pool were amazing and we used them all the time . Latifa made us some spectacular breakfasts each morning and she kept the Riad pristine too. I would highly recommended this place . A perfect position in the Medina to access everything but not too noisy to spoil the experience

Responsive host and timely communication.

Great place to stay with family and even better hosts! Frank and Richard were very helpful and friendly. Loved our experience staying at this beautiful Riad which is in walking distance to the souks and some great restaurants and touristy locations. The house-help Nezah was also very friendly and took very good care of us. Would highly recommend to everyone!

I have stayed at Riad Petite several times and it’s always a very pleasant stay. The suite is comfortable and well put together. It’s on the higher end of pricing but it’s upscale for the area. It’s not mentioned and I haven’t been asked before but they are implementing the tourist tax upon checkout so do keep that small standard extra expense in mind when booking. I hope to stay at Jullietes place again in the future.

Together with 4 friends, we had a perfect stay. The Riad is gorgeous - beautifully designed, spacious and comfortable. Aicha is lovely and the home-cooked meals were a treat. Absolutely recommend!

Great place to stay, the host was friendly, responsive and sent us a lot of information prior to our visit. The staff were very friendly and greeted us warmly. Riad Kiwi was very clean, comfortable and fairly central (approximately 10 minutes walk from the centre). A highly recommended place to stay for a visit in Marrakesh!

We stayed in Yolande and Corinne’s riad with three kids (10, 7 and 3) and we really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back another time. Seems a bit hard to find at first, but we had no issues at all. Great communication and all the help and recommendations we needed. We had dinner cooked for us in the riad an evening, which was amazing, and we can definitely recommend doing that if you want to stay in to get a break from the medina and all the impressions of Marrakech. Everything seems within walking distance as well, so that was easy and perfect. Thank you for our stay! :)

I had a great stay at this riad. While the location was a remote, it was perfect for a peaceful break from the city, offering a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a quiet retreat. The decor had a lovely traditional touch, giving it an authentic and cozy feel. Communication with the host was smooth, and they provided helpful information for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a great choice for anyone looking to unwind in a tranquil setting, away from the hustle and bustle.

We had a great stay in the Riad offered by Caroline. Listing is as described and photos. It was perfect and well located. But it's impossible to talk about the Riad, not to mention Hanane's simply delicious cuisine: special mention for the royal couscous and the candied lemon chicken tagine that were simply divine. Finally, Ali's airport-riad trips were great. In addition, Ali set us up a service to go to the Agafay Desert with quad activities and day in a camp with pool. It was great! Perfect riad, located right in the Medina but in a quiet alley (waking up with the birdsong) The Riad is beautiful, very clean, Fatima took great care of us. And the arrival was super well organized with a taxi offered by Indissar, and an arrangement to be able to drop our luggage at the earliest Thanks for this beautiful stay

Riad Jaseema is amazing and great location! The rooftop is very relaxing and the plunge pool freezing but good after a hot walk through the souk. Hind and Rachid are really friendly and helpful! The room close to the street is very noisy so for that room might be good to bring earplugs:-) Would highly recommend to stay here. Thanks!

The riad are beautiful and spacious. Although it is located in the middle of the medina, you have your peace and quiet. Furniture and equipment perfect. Only two sanitary facilities (showers) did not work well at all times. But since it has a bathroom in each room, it was not bad and we were able to evade well. Great breakfast. Nice roof terrace. I would come again!

What to say about you dear Host dear Aziz! Your availability, your kindness has touched me and my family immensely. Your welcome , the activities and restaurants you have organized for us yourself have charmed us. You are a host who takes care of the guests. Not to mention your riad which is more than perfect, 3 floors with bedroom and private bathroom on each floor .. Max comfort with a minimum price. This place was such a great find—a sanctuary amongst the chaos. It was so quiet and spacious, which was perfect after a day exploring the busy souks. It’s in a great location, and we could walk everywhere easily. Oualid was really helpful, and Salwa, the housekeeper, was absolutely lovely. She made us breakfast each morning and was really flexible with timing. The rooftop was a real bonus—great views across the city and a perfect place to relax. Felt totally looked after the whole time. Would definitely stay here again!

Serenity Riad offers a home-like atmosphere. The location and cleanliness are perfect. My friends and I had a wonderful trip there. Additionally, they provide a very nice, helpful housekeeper.

We loved our stay with Jihane in Marrakech! At the same time very authentic and well decorated, it truly feels like home away from home. Fatima is really exceptional, whether as a cook but also as a personal one, she is a beautiful person always available and ready to help. She also kept our kids when we wanted to go out as a couple. The Riad is really well placed in the souk to radiate almost always on foot in Marrakech. Jihane helped us with the organization of the stay and the bookings of the activities and her tips were really great. We would definitely recommend this Riad!
