A wonderful place in a very nice setting. the house is huge and offers lots of nicely decorated rooms. Most of it is renovated and you can see the love and passion that is in this beautiful house. The garden is also huge and there are many beautiful corners to linger or play for the children. All in all, a great location and highly recommended. Unfortunately, not everything in the house has been renovated yet. The kitchen, for example, is still in a very crowded, somewhat chaotic space. But you have everything you need to cook. If everything is finished soon, it will be even more beautiful and wonderful:)

Porec is a nice beach place in Istrie. Both the city center and the beach are easy to walk from the apartment. The family are very friendly (in both English and German) and very helpful. If it is found that sunshade is not working, it will be fixed immediately. Nice spacious apartment with a nice balcony. Wonderful stay in Croatia and highly recommended!!

The apartment is quietly and beautifully located in the vineyards above Koper. We liked the view and location. It is very spacious and very well equipped. Everything has been thought of. We felt very comfortable. From there you can explore the Slovenian coastal cities very well. Communication with Sonja was very pleasant and straightforward. She gave us great tips. We highly recommend a stay.

We stayed there for a week. Two adults and 2 children (one year and 5 years). Perfect location to the beach, private beach, loungers always available, beautiful large pool, sun loungers always available, quiet location, everything clean, good tips for excursions (Venice), delicious products (sauces for pasta, wine and olive oil). Daily cleaning of the apartment and daily fresh towels if necessary. From our point of view, completely justified value for money. We would go back in a moment. Many thanks.

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful holiday home in Croatia and highly recommend it! The location is just perfect – quiet and picturesque, ideal for a relaxing retreat. The house itself is superbly equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen. The view from the house is breathtaking and invites you to linger. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Gojko and Jana's place is in a great location to explore the region. It is quietly located close to shops and bus shuttles, which makes it possible to leave the car in the parking lot of the apartment and mop by bus (2€/24h without travel limit for adults, free for children) while parking is paid almost everywhere and crowded parking lots. The space is comfortable and more than enough for 3 or 4 people. Everything was ready when we arrived, perfectly clean and a few small touches wait for us on the table and in the fridge! Only downside for the most sensitive: an apartment is located above and as in most apartments, it happens to hear the activity above (pulled chairs, falling object...). We weren't too embarrassed. So we recommend it! 👍

The five of us spent two weeks in the house. All rooms, bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and well furnished. We immediately felt comfortable. The possibility to swim in the pool at any time is perfect. It's not huge, but you can swim comfortably there. The kitchen was well equipped, so additional cutting boards or knives are superfluous. For a stay of two weeks, all beds were newly made. Otherwise, there are several very good restaurants within walking distance in the immediate vicinity. In the village itself there is a small bakery, as well as a greengrocer. The next largest supermarkets are all in Umag itself (Konzum, Lidl, Kaufland, ...). Conclusion: Very nice stay!

Superb accomodation, very spacious and clean. A comfortable bed, plenty of cupboards, spacious high spec bathroom, great kitchen. We were impressed with Sergio's attention to detail. There were lots of local visitor guides and a list of recommended cafes, restaurants etc. This was one of the best BnB's we have found over many years of travel. Thanyou Sergio.
