Extremely cozy, clean and organized house. Also, Pedro thank you for the receptivity and affection. Regret only is that you haven't rented the house before, because it's great !!!

In São Paulo I am used to waking up to the noises of cars, but there we are graced with the sound of nature. On one side we have a farm as a neighbor, and on the other, an extensive native forest. We spent Carnival 2025 with great joy and fun, and we felt welcomed in the space. Faberson lives up to superhost recognition. However, I leave some opportunities for improvements recorded: - Sunshine on the pool deck (that green sun court in one of the photos of the listing does not exist); - A second ceiling fan upstairs; village council - Renovation of the foosball; - TV in the barbecue area; - Tank or washing machine; - Lubrication on the doors of the bathrooms of the suites so as not to make noise when opening in the morning; - Replacement of the suite 3 sink, as it is very small. Even with these notes, I would return and recommend it to those who are in doubt about the location.

Everything quiet within the arrangement, despite some setbacks in the house everything was promptly resolved and within the arrangement. ademir is very helpful and proactive, always willing to help with support and to solve problems. The house is very good, although it deserves a renovation in the external place where the barbecue is very old, other than all very good, big house, airy, spacious and large and clean swimming pool. I recommend the site.

My stay was simply perfect! The house is huge, very well equipped, with all the kitchen and cleaning utensils I needed. The infrastructure is impeccable and I felt super comfortable throughout the stay. The site is amazing, with a wonderful view of the lake and a breathtaking sunset. Privacy was a great differential, I was able to listen to music, relax and enjoy with total freedom. The atmosphere is super pleasant, in the midst of nature and with tranquility that allowed me to rest and recharge. The host was exceptional: kind, flexible with check-in and checkout times, always proactive and responding super fast, giving me all the support I need. I was able to find the perfect balance between fun and relaxation. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Mr. Elydio served very WELL, always tried to demonstrate, attention and commitment ,the videos he sent as Instruction helped a lot, the place is very beautiful, but the access leaves to be desired, we ended up getting rain, it was very complicated , because on the day it rained a lot, and to get to the place , the road was bad , (arriving at the property) , The downside was that the women who were in the house felt bothered by the housekeeper being around all the time, and there was a neighbor (I believe) who stood by looking at the house, even changing positions when he couldn't have a cool visualization. The very comfortable rooms, the very complete kitchen, the clean pool, the place is very interesting. To leave we also had a certain difficulty, even one of the members of our class ended up mired in a climb. The fact that the cell phone does not work anywhere and has no wifi is bad for women and children, only one operator works the signal ( of course) .

Our experience was simply excellent! The accommodation exceeded all expectations: the place is very well organized, extremely clean, and fully equipped with everything we need for a comfortable stay. You can see that everything has been thought through with great care to offer the best experience possible. In addition to the amazing space, the highlight goes to the host, Mauricio. From the first contact, he was extremely polite, attentive and always available to help with whatever was necessary. Your proactivity and concern to make sure everything was perfect has really made all the difference. All who were with us at the lodging were delighted and came out praising both the space and the attention they received. We will definitely come back for more opportunities. I recommend it with my eyes closed!
