The 28 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of our chalet in a quiet and preserved location. It is 3 km from the center of Morzine and close to the Prodains Express. In winter, it is possible to leave the chalet on skis to reach the bus stop towards Morzine or Avoriaz via free shuttles (stop close to the chalet). You can ski back from Avoriaz. Hiking trails from the chalet are accessible. Ideal for 2–3 people.

We offer an apartment on the heights of Morzine towards Avoriaz, allowing you to enjoy exceptional views of the valley and the ski area. 5 beds are possible, the recommended capacity is 4 people. The residence has a heated communal swimming pool open from 15/06 to 15/09.
