This one bedroom, full kitchen basement suite is across the street from the most beautiful park in town. Mere blocks from downtown, you won't need a car to stroll Main Street or to attend university events. Located in nearly a century old home, the rustic feel is charming and inviting. Our family (with kids and dog) lives in the top two floors but this basement suite has a devoted locked exterior entrance and a private locked interior door creating a safe and cozy environment. This comfortable and clean guest apartment is located in the daylight basement of our home in a quiet neighborhood. There is a private entry from the home's side yard and access to the apartment from the main living area has locks on both sides for your privacy and ours. The home is two miles from downtown Moscow and University of Idaho, and a 20-minute drive to Washington State University. We are available as needed and are happy to answer questions or provide community information.
