The cabin has a perfect combination of traditional qualities and modern cabin comfort. There are large window surfaces in the living and dining room that take care of the view and invite winter in. The cabin has 3 bedrooms with multiple beds, 1 modern bathroom, and has a fully insulated ski booth with good storage space. Perfect cabin for couples, families and friends on a trip.

Cabin in the mountains

Charming farmhouse for rent. Location at Hafjell in the immediate vicinity of Pellestova and Ilsetra, in an area with good opportunities for activities for the whole family. In spring, summer and autumn there is a road all the way up to the cabin. The cabin is located in a cozy seating area with great hiking trails right nearby and with a short distance to Hafjell (2 km to drive to Gaiastova which is the closest starting point for alpine skiing). In winter, you have to walk about 250 meters on skis or snowshoes from a free parking lot.

The area offers world-class cross-country trails, family-friendly alpine slopes and activities for everyone. The cabin is very spacious and with plenty of room for the whole family. It is a 15 minute drive to Hunderfossen. Private parking space and electric car charger. Only 150 meters to the nearest restaurant (Hev restaurant), Sport1 and Joker store at Mosetertoppen Skistadion.

Cottage Lillehammer/Sjusjøen - near mountains and water

Cozy decorated and well equipped with good beds, kitchen, bathroom and shower. To Sjusjøen cross-country skiing 8 km drive, to Hafjell/Hunderfossen Adventure Park 30 min, and Sjusjøen alpine for families only 10 min. Lillehammer city center 15 min. Evening and Sunday open grocery store Mesnali 3 min. Bed linen and towels can be rented and must be pre-booked - price NOK 250/£20/€25 per set. Please bring your own. We offer snowshoeing and cross-country skiing instruction in winter, please contact us if you are interested.

Short distance to the Birkebeineren Ski Stadium, which offers an extensive network of hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks. 15-min drive to Nordseter, about 20 minutes to Sjusjøen, both with excellent trails for hiking and skiing. The ski jumping hill is 3-minute drive from the cabin and offers a great view. 5-min drive to grocery store. For alpine skiing, Hafjell is 25 min away, and Kvitfjell is about 1 hour.

Newly built in 2018, the cabin is perfect for two families or groups. We only accept families or responsible adults.
