Lots of berries and mushrooms, and plenty of bird life. You can swim and fish in Røyrtjønna, a small lake just below the cottage, and also swim in Ranelva (5 min walk). Approximately 20 min drive to Sandnessjøen, 25 min to Mosjøen, and 15 min to the ferry connection Levang-Nesna. 7 min from Toventunell. A great starting point for vacationing and accommodation in Helgeland.

The property is a short walk from the sea in a rural and idyllic setting on Offersøya just outside Sandnessjøen. A good starting point for experiencing the beautiful Helgeland coast with fantastic trips on mountains such as the Seven Sisters or Dønnamannen, island hopping by bike or trips in the beautiful archipelago by boat or kayak.
