Ivan's estaco is perfect for those who want to rest and recharge. Close to the beach of Aruama, close to the markets and restaurants. I super recommend !!! I will come back other times.

The house conforms to the listing, cozy all clean towels and linens. The house was very clean too, but the kitchen roof is peeling and falls over the whole kitchen and whatever has eating the table or cooking. But we took the good days, always capping things. What I did not pay attention to was the check-out which was at 9 am, I have used the platform since 2017 and I have never seen a ckeck-out so early, I was with an elderly woman of 76 years and a child of 3 years and was very pulled, I had to wake up early to give coffee and leave the house organized. The host even offered me to stay until later paying half a day, but it didn't make up for it, it was better with the value of the daily sock to go to a restaurant for lunch. But in the end it all worked out. we left at the agreed time of the listing. Marcos and Andreia that received us were very helpful.

The resistance is extremely cozy, clean , pleasant, all of great taste!! Perfect decoration!!! Quiet condominium, we can walk , ride a bicycle, the residence has a beautiful bike!!! Great stay!! Accommodation as advertised. Well cared for furniture, clean and in perfect working order. Quiet and safe neighborhood; beautiful surroundings and leisure options. A great bakery 01 block away. No mais, restaurant, supermarket and pharmacies 200 meters away. A very good host, gave great tips about the city. What's more, it relaxed check-in and quickly answered any message via the app. In this way, I recommend this accommodation 100%.

Impeccable apartment! In addition to having a wonderful decor, it is comfortable, well ventilated, and has all the utensils a comfortable long stays. During my hosting period I was working remotely and I had no problem with the wifi. Edenilza is a great host and has made great indications of restaurants and bars.

This is fired the best Airbnb I've ever been! Willian, very attentive, proactive and kind. He gave me several recommendations for bars, restaurants, rides, markets and everything we could do in Aracaju. The apartment was with impeccable cleaning and is MUCH more beautiful than in the photos, the balcony is beautiful, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works perfectly well and the location is excellent. Surely this home has totally changed our experience in aracaju. Hope to be able to return soon!

It was a great stay, I was able to make my meals and the house had the necessary items, by car from about 5 min to the sign of Aracaju, I heard some noises in the work next door but as an early agreement it didn't bother me. It would return again for sure !

The accommodation was wonderful, clean, new and affordable apartment. The residents of the condominium are very friendly. The neighborhood is safe allowing us to walk! Easy to catch uber for anywhere! Our stay was sensational! Super indico.

We stayed from 12/26/2024 to 01/03/2025. Super clean apartment, very ventilated, very helpful hosts, there are supermarkets, pharmacy, 24-hour concierge, gym (our flight arrived 2:00 a.m. and the host let us in earlier). I recommend it to anyone interested in renting!

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, has many kitchen utensils ( more even than in the photos), cozy bed and sofa, with a good quilt... Everything is very cozy, the location is great, there are many options of markets nearby, in addition to the vendors' stands in the vicinity, it is 10 mins walk from the waterfront where there are many options of good restaurants tb. The building is excellent, friendly staff, a great gym, children's space, game room and pool. Rafael is a very attentive host, worried about his guests, always responded with attention to any questions we had, he received us full of pampering, with regional sweets... I felt at home...

This is the second time we've stayed at this property. Lucia was always very kind and responded quickly whenever I spoke to her. I hope to return more often.
