This double story home has a kitchen and living area below with a huge loft bedroom, full en-suite bathroom above. Sliding doors lead you to a wooden deck overlooking the bay. There is safe private parking enclosed with electric gates. The clients will have the place to themselves and will be able to use a lockbox to get the keys out. The owners are on hand should they prefer personal assistance.

The Eden Sanctuary is perched high on a hill overlooking the old town, harbor and sea. Surrounded by green belt the bird life is rife and the area peaceful and quiet. The studio has a separate entrance and is private from the remainder of the house. The decor is luxurious and very comfortable with a small kitchenette, fitted with microwave and fridge and also a braai for your culinary needs. Please note that they have started building a home in front of us and can cause noise and dust.
